DO NOT WATE YOUR MONEY. Avoid this company at all costs. The skirt I purchased was not white, it was cream. The quality of the fabric was appalling. The bottom was not hemmed, so very untidy looking. For the price you pay, the quality should be far better. It was no different to Shien's quality, except its 6 times more expensive. THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, THEY WANT TO GIVE ME A CREDIT. Not good enough.

They are requesting reviews for competition entries
Neutral review - ive not purchased any dress so I cant comment on quality but ive been required to leave a review on the website experience in order to enter their competition - so I can say the site seems functional and easy to navigate. They use a range of models but only on specific dresses which makes it a little tricky to figure out how things may suit. There is a range of styles and colours and they look lovely. There's a high minimum for free postage (£99) but that would be easy to reach with a few items so it balances out. The high return costs alongside the fact that they offer credit and not refunds are in the terms and conditions but that feels like its something which could be promoted more clearly during browsing for transparency and to enable people to make informed choices as its not typical of a lot of stores.

Horrible experience—I lost a significant amount of money. I genuinely don’t understand how this company has any positive reviews; they are misleading, and likely fake.
The company lures you in with free or reasonably priced shipping, but if you need to return an item due to sizing or fit, the return shipping cost triple! On top of that, they give no refund.
You have to accept store credit, and you’re forced to repeat the entire process and risk losing even more money. This kind of practice feels deceptive and should not be allowed. It’s essentially a bait-and-switch tactic, with policies that are not clearly disclosed upfront and that mislead customers into making purchases.

The dress I ordered was the incorrect size (too small). I have never returned anything to Bodycon but imagine by disgust that I had to pay £15 to return the item. I won't be doing that again! You don't get the option to get a refund so you have to order with them again! This is not acceptable. After I place my order I will not be ordering again from Bodycon.
