Speed of service and good quality in both trubble shooting and corrective actionscener!

We purchased an I5 for precision work. The initial tech/trainer that was sent lacked in the ability to do his job. He showed without his own tools and put us in the position to have to purchase items in order for him to do his job. We had to arrange for another technician to come in and do the training we were looking for in order to accomplish what we needed. Richard showed up and we were extremely pleased. Very professional attitude and demeanor. He put the control in our hands. We were able to do more of a hands on training as he explained what and how we should be doing things. We covered our concerns in a short amount of time with Richard. It allowed us to cover more things that weren’t on the top of our list. It was a pleasure working with Richard.

My name is Peti. I am satisfied with the service. Li is a very friendly and professional person. He came quickly to help us solve the problem, and patiently gave us a lot of precautions and suggestions on use. We are very happy with him.

Apparently it is an excellent machine, the quality of the spares surprised me. The quality of the preparation for shipping the equipment also surprised me. The installation is greatly simplified and reliable. Bodor sent us a friendly mechanic, Mr Khanh, who performed all the initial operating procedures and properly taught me how to use the equipment. We are about to use the machine for commercial purposes and we are very optimistic about it. I am still not sure what our future relationship will be about equipment maintenance and difficulties that may occur. But overall, we are very pleased with the equipment. My compliments also go to the engineer.

We have and use a Bodor I5 laser cutting machine. The machine îs used AT least 8 hours per day, so a lot of Time per Year.
The anual mainteinance was made Last month and Li, which îs a Bodor tehnician did this job. The Guy did a good job for us so we were really happy having him for this job. Looking forward for others anual mainteinances.

Victor was very helpful in helping to set up our machine and getting it going. Machine has been a life saver as compared to plasma cutting that we were currently doing. Laser went together well. Allen and james were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped get all or the machine parameters right and set things up. The interface on the laser seems to work well and is very user friendly. The training was straightforward and easy to follow.

We have three BODOR machines, and another 12kw machine was delivered today. With the help of ZHAN, we have installed and adjusted the cutting parameters quickly. The high power cutting speed is faster, the cutting thickness is higher and the cutting quality is better. Nice machine.
