We haven’t actually heard anything from you regarding this issue, typically if it does rarely occur, a customer will want us to resolve the issue with the product. & we’re always motivated to do so.

Described simply, since you have never contacted us no matter how much I really want to help you & any other customer with a potential query it is impossible to solve this issue for you before you notify us. If you do not contact we do not have an opportunity to offer you that winning sensation when shopping with us. We want this for everyone.

We’re a business of two people & after the pandemic it really helps small business’ if you give them an opportunity to put right if something may have gone unexpectedly.

Looking at the listing of order #2789 from your reference number in this review - I can see your fleece, & view that some stains have been visually noted with photographs & written in the description. It is very important for us as a business to describe any marks on our products but I also stress that it is the customers responsibility to take note of these things as well, we must share the agency to show any issues & for them to be recognised.
