Todd was great!! Saw the problem and fixed it quickly. The chair is better than when we bought it!

I was told $200 for a 4 year insurance policy on our 3 piece set, sofa, loveseat and recliner.
After looking at the receipt, it shows $149.99 per piece for a total of $368.67. Then there is a deliver charge of $274.79. I was told delivery was free. If I would have been told about this fee, I would have come and gotten each piece myself. $275 to Mr. Mills may not be much, but to us, that’s a lot to save by getting it ourselves.
We like our new furniture and our salesman was great, but I would have made different decisions if I would have known of the $368.67 and $274.79 charges. I will most definitely let this be know to our family and friends that may shop at your stores.

Overall another great experience with Bob Mills. Set a delivery time window and was there in the allotted time. We’re quick and efficient on getting the furniture in the house. Even made sure once it was set that none of the recliners would not hit the walls before leaving.

The purchase was a pleasant experience. The salesman was professioal and knew his product. Delivery was on time. The men were clean and polite and accommodating.
My suggestion is this; phone calls need to behandled on a local level by the local people. There would be less miscommunication and give better customer service.

I never write reviews but I loved shopping with Bob Mills. The Sales Floor guys / gals were absolutely amazing at their jobs. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I did not want. They were very helpful and answered all of the questions I had. Today was delivery day for our recliners and the delivery guys were awesome and got our recliners in the house and set up within 10 minutes! They were sure to check everything before leaving, as well. I will post an update about the recliners themselves, soon.

Loved the every thing from salesman to the friendly delivery guys. This is our second perches from Bob Mills and look forward to future business with you.
