This has to be one of the easiest and professional buying experience I've ever had Thank you

Don’t ever shop at Bob Mills furniture their furniture is junk. The springs shoot out of the bottom of the furniture when nobody even sets on it rips the whole dust cover underneath they do nothing about it but wanna give me $52 for the broken piece. This place sucks save your money and never shop there. We must put this fraud place out of business, the warranty is no good. You buy a four year warranty and it does nothing they don’t stand behind their furniture.

Responses with the chat bot were very slow. A couple corners of the couch and the big chair were worn down and messed up.
The guys at the pick up point were professional and kind.

The ease of online purchase, the speed of delivery and communication were all excellent. Will most definitely use Bob Mills for all my future furniture purchases.

Great selection of quality furniture and found a spectacular deal on a bedroom set after striking out at several other stores. However they provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I opted to skip the delivery fee and pick up the furniture myself. After it was delivered, the warehouse guys discovered one piece was damaged because the box had a hole in it. No issue. However, after speaking with the manager they refused to fix their mistake. Despite having one other set of the same furniture, they refused to provide the new nightstand. Instead I had to either settle for a floor model or go with two new bachelors chests which were less desirable than the nightstands. I opted for the two *new, unboxed* bachelors chest and was relatively satisfied. After arriving home and unboxing, I discovered one of the bachelors chests also had a broken leg. They were quick to provide a new one, however they refused to deliver and rectify their fault. I had to box up the broken one, and drive across the city (50 miles round trip) to pick up the new one. They had 3 in stock, and the warehouse guys opened all 3, only one of which was in good condition. Overall relatively satisfied, but word of advice: ensure there is plenty of replacements when a piece is inevitably damaged. Extremely dissatisfied with such a large company’s customer service and willingness to fix their mistake. Especially with such a large purchase. Will not be purchasing from Bob Mills and I urge exercising caution unless you find the right circumstances.

They got the old couch and sofa moved to the porch to be hauled away and the new couch and love seat where I wanted them. They were quick, professional and careful.

The delivery people were amazing. The furniture is beautiful. I love my room the free mattress that I got with the sale is terrible. I can’t have guests sleep on it. I’m a little disappointed in that but otherwise I love my bedroom.

BM staff worked to get out-of-stock items ready ahead of schedule. Kept us informed throughout the process. Quality products and service.

Nov 24, 2024 we purchased $7,309.61 worth of furniture which included a $1,646.84 recliner. Within 12 days, the arm support on the recliner broke and will now barely hold the arm support in place. I called in to request a repair and was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before anyone would show up. The repairman showed up Jan 21, 2025 for 15 minutes and said he couldn't repair the recliner and that he'd have to order the part. I suggested taking the part off another recliner and he said they don't do that. I've repeatedly requested a replacement and now their telling me it will be in May 2025 before they can even get the part from overseas!! it's now 4/3/25 and no part replacement.

Michael and his team were kind, quick, and efficient! They did a great job delivering our new recliner couch and setting it up just as I wanted.

This place is awful. Bought a very expensive bed from them and it broke down pretty quick. Tried to file a claim and that was a joke and of course denied. Now I am having sciatic pain and having to go to pain management. All other sources of where the pain came from have been ruled out. Now I’m dealing with medical bills AND have to buy a new bed because Bob Mills sold me junk!

Bob Mills Furniture has an advertisement currently being played on the Lubbock television network. He is making the claim that he is giving you a $2,000 massage chair for free, however he doesn't choose to divulge the fact that the manufacturer of that mattress which by the way retails for $21,000 is offering a 10% discount which would amount to $2,100 discount and so therefore I'm sure that Bob Mills as a large purchaser is getting a better discount than that and so therefore his chair is not actually free it is a form of deception to the public and this type of advertising should cease and desist. The American public deserves to know the truth behind advertising. Just in case people don't realize it salespeople just like police and law enforcement are allowed to lie to you with no consequences and I think this type of practice should cease and desist. So before you go buy a mattress from Bob Mills for $21,000 which in my opinion is a stupid price to pay for a mattress, just realized that you can actually go to their website at the manufacturer and see that this mattress is being offered at a 10% discount and therefore Bob Mills is getting a kickback or a reduction of $2,100 and so you're not getting a free chair just remember people there's nothing in this life that's free other than the air we breathe.

Recliner was ready & they loaded it up for me. All I had to do was sign. Easy! Thx Bob Mills!
