I ordered a board by phone as I had some questions, Ian from the board shop has been really helpful and even contacted me to check I would be in on the delivery day. Really grateful for the personal service and also I'm stoked with my new board!!

I have now bought 3 boards from Boardshop and the service has been great every time. The boards have all arrived well packaged, with the 2nd board arriving damaged, courier caused damage, but the customer service from Boardshop was great. Will definitely use again as I really rate the Lib Tech boards, great to ride and pretty bombproof.

Have bought two boards from these guys.

No waiting on the phone/waiting for pick up. Answered my questions but also based it around my personal experience surfing etc. Didn't feel like they were just trying to push a sale and instead tailored to my experience, body dimensions and main locations that I surf.

If you buy a board, would recommend asking for a board bag and leash to go with it since they can give you the appropriate size and they're charged at a reasonable price. Made this mistake not asking on my first board! EDIT: If Boardshop are reading this, I'd recommend asking this to if someone decides to buy a board. :P

Board's arrived intact and well packaged/protected.

I was contacted immediately to let me know my board bag would arrive just 24 hours later. Very good customer service.

Ordered some slater fins not the same as photo but they do the job so ,
Haft to be carful with it that more expensive shipping because if you don’t order early in the day it’s a waste of money especially if it’s on like a Thursday ,like I did . Two day shipping took 5 days

But all in all okay

I’ve used Boardshop on multiple occasions and had a lot of correspondence regarding boards and kit. Customer service and response to queries is outstanding.
Deliver always fast and items packaged well.

The Boardshop provide a very good service to their customers.
They always seem to be available for advice and to answer any queries before making a purchase. They act as a well organised team of dedicated surfers who are very experienced and knowledgeable and want the best for their customers.

Packing up some boards for a trip , realised I was a some fins short I was leaving in a few days . Reached out to Boardshop saying this was an emergency. Not an ambulance or fire engine emergency but a surf trip emergency. Their service and postage was superman fast . The fins arrived within 48hours . 5 🌟rating from me .

I ordered a 7'4 Torq Mod fun mini mal through the weekly trade-ins email, they were super efficient and I received it the next day. A great price as it was technically second hand, but had clearly never been used before so I'm very happy! Tested out the board at the weekend and I loooove it, thank you

Brilliant team and brilliant service. We had an issue with the surfboard; we're not situated nearby; and they couldn't have been more responsive, helpful, understanding and kind. Within two days they had sourced a new board, sent a courier to pick up the board and deliver the replacement. Highly recommend this shop.
