Jérémy, nous sommes vraiment désolés que cela se soit passé ainsi. Les douanes françaises ont malheureusement refusé le colis et nous l’ont renvoyé.
Sache que notre intention en envoyant nos pièces n’a jamais été de faire attendre qui que ce soit aussi longtemps. Nous espérons sincèrement pouvoir t’offrir un bien meilleur service la prochaine fois.

Unplanned delay, but still delivered top-quality product
I preordered something for my sibling a month before their birthday, and it was unfortunate that it was delayed for several months and only received it just recently. But I will say - seeing the quality of the product, as well as the reaction on my sibling's face was very much worth the wait. Sometimes, it's inevitable to have logistical errors and whatnot in businesses, but a little grace and patience go a long way.

SIMPLY AMAZING, JESUS IS LORD!
This is probably the only Christian brand that I’ve ordered from and have received QUALITY, like BNZE really did not come to play any games. The products that you receive are exactly how it looks on their website if not BETTER! For reference I bought the “Jesus is Lord” jacket and when I received it, it looked AMAZING!!! It’s like a walking billboard that fully reflects Jesus! I love it, I love it, I love it and look forward ordering MORE! Oh and to my absolute shock there were TWO jackets that got delivered to me, a brown one and a black one, I offered to send the other one back but they insisted that it was a gift from them although it wasn’t actually meant to be! I am still gobsmacked at their kindness because these jackets are not cheap and would inevitably mean that the business would take a financial loss but nonetheless they allowed me to keep it and didn’t they have to do that. All I can say is, just get your orders in ASAP because you will not be disappointed!!!!

Great experience
The whole experience was great from my overall perspective. Pre-ordered since Oct 2025 and the product arrived mid Jan 2026. The online shopping experience was great, the customer service was excellent [weekly updates from BNZECLO were emailed to me on the progress of my order]. The shipping process could improve as I received the package a day or two later after receiving an email confirmation of delivery. But that’s minor. Overall, it was worth the wait and I’m very pleased to have purchased from BNZECLO.
