As many have stated below I ordered some brake discs and pads for my bike and was not informed that I would need to pay import charges to receive my item. Have declined to pay the charges and await a refund for my items now. If there are import charges the buyer should be informed clearly at the point of sale.

Shocking, this company should be stripped of any affiliation with BMW, they will quickly take your money for items in stock and state a 3-5 day delivery, weeks will go by without any information then when contacted you will receive a bucket email stating tracking available within 48hrs.. guess what nothing for another week, contact again and receive the same 48hr email.. avoid them at all cost.

batterie reçu totalement HS; plus d'un mois d'échange (si je ne relançais pas je n'avais aucune info) avant que le vendeur confirme l'état du matériel et renvoi un produit conforme.
si je passe par le site officiel du concessionnaire (et paye le prix fort) c'est justement pour avoir un produit de qualité et un service de qualité. Ni l'un ni l'autre n'ont été au rendez vous - Prestation minable, les chinois auraient été meilleurs!

No mention was made of a customs charge, so I was held to ransom before I was forced to pay or enter the quagmire of trying to get my money back.
I consider myself to have been conned by this company and would NOT deal with them again.
Still waiting for my elusive indicators as well.

Les avis négatifs que cette société a reçu m’ont donné des sueurs froides. Ce qui n’est absolument pas justifié Pour moi tout s’est bien passé. Livraison en temps et en heure par colissimo, informations claires et produit conforme à la demande.

Ordinato 2 mesi fa valigie laterali per bmw s1000xr.
Davano la consegna in 20 giorni, mi è arrivato in 23 giorni, direi nessun problema, se non che nel pacco mi hanno mandato il coprivaligia (Pezzo Colorato) di due stelli lati.
Da qui inizia la grande odissea.
Assistenza che non risponde subito, ma dopo 20 giorni mi hanno risposto dicendo che è strano, ecc ecc. Vogliono foto e dopo svariate email (30circa) mi fanno un bollo per rispedire il pezzo sbagliato (quindi sprechi tempo e benzina e porti al deposito DHL in questo caso).
Pezzo arrivato in 2 giorni da loro, non sento nessuna risposta per altri 7 giorni, dopo svariate email, mi rispediscono il pezzo del lato giusto. Dopo 1 mese esatto dalla spedizione MI RICONSEGNANO IL PEZZO SBAGLIATO PER LA SECONDA VOLTA!
Incazzato per l’incapacità gli rimando svariate email, perché come ho detto non rispondono in fretta ma anzi passano anche settimane, mi rimandano un altro bollo vado a mie spese e tempo al centro DHL per rispedire il secondo pacco che mi hanno sbagliato ancora.
Ricontrollano, vedono che hanno sbagliato e mi rispediscono per la 3 volta il pacco giusto ( si spera) tempo di attesa di questo pacco 1settimana, arrivato oggi con finalmente il fianchetto della valigia colorato del lato giusto!

Tutto questo gran disagio in 2 mesi per aspettare un fianchetto che mi hanno spedito per ben 2 volte del lato sbagliato.

Tempo di attesa dell’assistenza enormi.
Vi auguro di non avere di questi problemi, che un marchio come BMW non drovrebbe avere.

Di per sé il pacco era arrivato nel tempo di consegna previsto, solo che avevano sbagliato a mandare 2 lati uguali.

Errori stupidi che potevano evitare questa grande agonia.

E la dice lunga sul fatto che l’azienda non reclama questa pagina con i feeedback dei clienti.

6 Wochen und keine Ware bis jetzt erhalten. Laut Sendungsverfolgung von Deutschland nach Spanien und wieder zurück und in Deutschland wird es auch hin und her geschickt. Mal sehen ob ich überhaupt etwas bekomme? Ich würde nicht mehr dort etwas bestellen. Sorry

Today passed two months since I ordered the goods for value of 800 EUR. Delivery time stated on the website was 3-5 working days. After 4 weeks, due to lack of the goods and any communication, I asked to cancel the order. Another 4 weeks passed and I have no goods and no money. They are not interested in any customer support. If you will call them and lucky they will pick up the phone - people there have no idea what is going on and have zero engagement to help you. I'm ordering quite a lot of goods from many other brands and such a low quality of service never happened to me. Really, stay away and do not order anything from them. You will lose the money.

I ordered locks for my BMW panniers having first checked on their website that they were compatible with my bike. Estimated 1 week delivery became 3 weeks, and the parts didn't fit - were for a different bike, meaning a touring holiday without locks for the panniers. Have sent back and requested refund of postage to and from as due to their error. they won't engage and keep asking me for my frame number (which is in the mail string) and pannier type (also in the mail string) rather than accepting I need a refund; their strategy seems to be to keep asking the same question hoping you will go away. I won't use them again - just nonsense, and BMW should remove their franchise

Ich kann sagen ich habe schon zweimal was bestellt ,natürlich weiß ich wenn ein Paket aus dem Ausland kommt ,es nicht in 3 bis 5 Tagen ankommt!!
Ich habe meinen letztes Artikel am 2,05,25 bestellt es war ein Freitag und am 14,05,25 war er da ,für mich perfekt aus Frankreich zu mir 👍 also mal an die ,die schlecht bewerten !! Kauft eure Sachen doch direkt bei einem Händler für den doppelten Preis!! Also ich kann Europe Moto empfehlen, original Teile zu einen günstigen Preis!!
Macht weiter so !!!!!!!👍👍

Wish I read the reviews before I ordered part, delivery time is a joke, just don't deal with them.

This company is a shower of sh#t.... ordered a wing mirror that was already in stock with delivery time of 4/5 days. Now on the eve of a trip to Europe I still have no mirror. Poor communication with 1 line replys.

Should be zero stars. Do not buy from this company. Ordered 2 months ago, nothing arrived and can't get a refund.

Ich habe ein paar Motorradhandschuhe bestellt und mit PayPal bezahlt. Die Bestellbestätigung kam zügig. Das ist aber auch das einzige das schnell ging. 2 Wochen hat es gedauert, bis die Ware überhaupt einmal verschickt wurde! Schon gedacht die kommen garnicht mehr.
Werde hier wenn es möglich ist einen Bogen drum herum machen.
Der Shop sieht halt aus, als wäre er der offizielle BMW Motorrad Shop.

Non comprate non spediscono .e una truffa ,faro denuncia alla polizia postale, non rispondono e l'ordine e sempre con dicitura inviato al reparto spedizioni da una settimana, neanche fossero in Australia

Ho eseguito e "pagato" ordine in data 09/04. Oggi 29/04 del mio articolo non se ne sa nulla. dal loro sito risulta SPEDITO in data 19/04..... mhhaaa DOVE? con che coriere?. IMPOSSIBILE contattare azienda ( il numero di telefono indicato NON risulta attivo). Ho scritto tre volte per averne notizie tramite il loro link, ma NESSUNA RISPOSTA. Avevo una 1/2 intenzione ordinare altri articoli...ALLA LARGA NON MI SENTIRANNO MAI PIU'

Ich habe am 12.04. bestellt. Heute ist der 29.04., und die Sendung befindet sich nun bei PostNL. Obwohl alles lagernd war, wurde der Versand erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Reklamieren veranlasst. Ich bin gespannt, wie lange es noch dauert, bis die Ware eintrifft. Für mich war es die erste und definitiv letzte Bestellung bei diesem Anbieter.

Commande passée pour des pièces disponible sous 3 à 5 jours ouvrables...depuis 14 jours et toujours rien reçu ! Le suivi de mon colis est bloqué sur la même étape depuis 2 jours ! Leur service de livraison horrible. 2 ème expérience et même probleme delais non respectés... Alors que j'habite à 20 minutes de chez eux !!! C'est terminé la prochaine fois j'irai directement en concession !

Ordine e pagamento eseguito il 3 aprile, il 14 aprile neppure spedito il mio ordine, ho dovuto contattarli e non hanno risposto fino a quando non ho fatto la segnalazione a PayPal, questi pezzi di roba marrone se la prendono super comoda!!! Ho pagato il surplus per consegna rapida e spediscono dopo 15 giorni dopo mio importante sollecito e a tutt' oggi 22 aprile la merce non è ancora in consegna!!! Sono inaffidabili, incompetenti e persone sgarbate senza nessun rispetto per il cliente, NON COMPRATE MAI DA QUESTI INCOMPETENTI E PERSONE SENZA NESSUN ORGOGLIO PERSONALE E SENZA RISPETTO PER IL CLIENTE!!! EVITATELI COME LA PESTE!!!
