Not impressed with delivery system
Goods that I orderd were great.
Unfortunatley the delivery system is not. I ordered on the12th Feb was told that my delivery would be Friday 16th and that the driver would contact me with a 2hr delivery time. Insted it arived on the13th at aprox 1730 at my customers address. No notification was given and it caused my customer some stress having a pallet load of insulated plasterboard dumped outside in the rain. Also caused me a great inconvenience as I had to drop everything to go and sort it out.

Hi Barry,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear that the products met your expectations, but we understand your concerns regarding the delivery experience.
The change in your delivery date was an unforeseen adjustment in our scheduling, which regrettably led to the inconvenience experienced. We do understand the importance of reliable communication and delivery notifications, and we apologise for any stress or inconvenience this caused you and your customer, especially with the lack of notification and the conditions at the time of delivery.
While we do request our drivers to call ahead, unfortunately factors like network coverage and driving safety can affect this practice. We are actively working on enhancing our delivery communication and procedures to better serve our customers and avoid such situations in the future.
Your feedback is crucial for our ongoing efforts to enhance our services, so thank you for taking the time to share this with us. We are dedicated to making continuous improvements and hope to demonstrate a better delivery experience for you in the future.
Many thanks,
