Why decorate a cake with a daisy made out of sugar, when you can have the real thing, and eat it too. Sammi's edible floral masterpieces have been setting trends in the food world ever since. Blushing Cook has blossomed into a range of individually designed edible masterpieces; from buttery biscuits hand-iced using vegetable, fruit and floral based colourings, to gooey and luxurious brownies made with the finest fair trade chocolate...and more. You’ll also find seasonal gifts for Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s and Mother’s Day. Creating intricate designs using fresh, organic and edible British flowers grown on a farm in sunny Devon, Blushing Cook strives to create cakes that are not just florally beautiful and blooming delicious but that carefully consider the environment. Taste wonderful & love the edible flowers
I have sent and recieved wonderful biscuits and brownies from Blushing Cook, thank you so much to the wonderful team. Sammi is excellent at responding to emails and everything has arrived the next day looking fresh and beautifull - I love how they use fresh edible flowers for the decoration.

A Very Special Gift
These beauteous floral chocolate brownies make such a wonderful gift. It’s the 2nd time I’ve given them and both friends have raved about how pretty they are as well as scrumptious!

The team were worried about the blondes…
The team were worried about the blondes travelling in the heat and called to discuss - was really helpful and made sure I got the best product! None of the photos I’ve seen do the products justice - they’re amazing!!
I will be using them again - and often!

Little retirement gift a change from fizz!
I have just sent the brownies to a friend who has retired & she was thrilled. They are not cheap but such a gorgeous gift & so different. I have twice received them as gifts & loved them!

A birthday treat.
I sent some chocolate brownies to my sister for her birthday. It was easy to choose a delivery date on the website and they turned up just when they said they would. My sister was thrilled with them and tucked in immediately! She said they were as delicious as they were beautiful and I was very jealous that I didn’t get to try them. I’ll have to order some for myself!
