Usé BlueStacks durante bastante tiempo…
Usé BlueStacks durante bastante tiempo en una PC con Ryzen 5 3600X, RTX 2060 y 16GB de RAM, por lo que claramente no es un problema de hardware.
El rendimiento es extremadamente inconsistente: en algunos momentos parece funcionar bien, pero rápidamente aparecen bajones de FPS, stuttering y un uso de recursos desproporcionado que incluso termina afectando el rendimiento general de la PC.
Probé con cada API gráfica disponible y todas presentan problemas que directamente no te dejan jugar. En algunos casos el juego se congela, en otros la pantalla se pone negra de la nada, también hay tearing constante o directamente el juego se traba y no podés moverte ni disparar, lo cual arruina completamente la experiencia.
Además, el comportamiento al cambiar de ventana es pésimo: al salir del juego y volver, tarda varios segundos en estabilizarse, funcionando de manera inestable o directamente sin responder correctamente.
Los controles tampoco son confiables. Muchas veces no los reconoce bien o dejan de responder en momentos clave, lo que hace imposible jugar con normalidad.
Otro problema grave es la estabilidad general. Los crasheos son muy constantes, incluso cuando el juego parece estar funcionando correctamente, lo cual demuestra una falta de optimización importante.
También hay una cantidad innecesaria de publicidad y elementos que hacen que el programa se sienta pesado y poco pulido.
En general, la experiencia es frustrante. Para un software tan popular, el nivel de optimización, estabilidad y consistencia deja mucho que desear. No lo recomendaría para quienes busquen una experiencia fluida o para jugar de forma competitiva.

Ich wollte eigentlich meine Listen bei Audible Vernünftig sortieren, weil Amazon das mit den Folgennummern immernoch nicht für ein Handydisplay hinbekommt.
aber mit dem Bluestack und seiner totalen werbe und Gamesüberfrachtung, kaum machbar weil viel zu lahm.
ich suche mir eine kleinere und schnellere alternative

Refuse to log me in to my google account, now it's impossible to use BlueStacks.
It uses ALL ressources on the computer you can NOT do multiple things with BlueStacks being one if them. I will NEVER recommend using BlueStacks, not ever !!!

The worst emulator
The worst emulator. It crashes evry time I open it. It crashes and gets me in the main menu, then when I click the app it crashes again. I even restarted and It keeps crashing. And some days works without instaltly crashing, but in some minutes crashes again. I do not recommend it at all!

I wanted to try to enjoy this game but no such luck!
I wanted to try to enjoy again the scrabble board and to be able to play against the DROID or the other computer generated partner as I have no one else that likes to play it. Well, I have tried this game of scrabble MANY times now, and INSTEAD of it being what I would consider a 'close' game if I were to win or lose - most of the time I try to play - the DROID or computer throws back all it's letters and that is why I can NEVER or HAVE NEVER WON A LEAST 1 GAME when playing!!!! Considering what your website would CHARGE me - I have decided to go back to the OLD FASHIONED VERSION as I have the game board and all the letters it requires!!!!! this game isn't worth my time at all!

Pour qu’on puisse vous aider, pouvez vous dire ce qui se passe exactement. Par exemple l’appli ne s’ouvre pas, elle plante, c’est lent, ou un jeu ne se lance pas. Partagez aussi votre version de BlueStacks et la version de votre OS, ainsi que le nom du jeu ou de l’appli concernée.
Si vous avez déjà contacté notre support, envoyez le numéro de ticket ici. On reprendra le dossier sans vous faire répéter les mêmes étapes.

Ads in games for reward DONT WORK, app crashes in more than 90% of times
The app works as advertised, it emulates Android and I can play Android games.
But viewing in-game Ads doesn't work at all!
It is quite frustrating. Instead of being rewarded in game, I have to try about 10 times before the ad even loads properly and doesn't crash my app.
The ads either dont load at all, or they simply dont play until the end so no reward is granted.
I was patiently communicating with support for more than a month and no resolution has been achieved. I was told to upgrade every little thing but nothing ever got better and support seemed completely oblivious to why and how this is caused.

You’re right that we provide the platform to run Android apps, but the ad rewards flow is controlled by the game and its ad network.

Wollte meine Ecoflow Powerstation neben dem Handy auch am Laptop steuern und stießt auf den Emulator Bluestack.
2 GB Speicherplatz auf meinem Laptop, arschlangsam, alles arschlangsam außer die Werbung in 4 verschiedenen Regionen des Programmfensters, gleich wieder deinstalliert diesen Dreck.

BlueStacks nutzt CPU und GPU intensiv, was zu höherem Stromverbrauch führt, im Gegensatz zu nativen Programmen, die effizienter laufen. Das kann den Akku schnell entleeren oder eine Powerstation wie die EcoFlow schneller verbrauchen.
Um den Verbrauch zu senken, öffnen Sie die Einstellungen über das Zahnrad, gehen Sie zum Performance-Tab und wählen Sie "Balanced" oder "Eco"-Modus, reduzieren Sie CPU-Kerne auf 2, FPS auf 30 und deaktivieren Sie unnötige Hintergrundprozesse. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Virtualisierung aktiviert ist und Ihr Laptop im Energiesparmodus läuft.

While BlueStacks ads are designed not to affect gameplay, In-game ads from the apps themselves behave the same way and are harder to control directly.
You can disable BlueStacks ads quickly by opening Settings from the sidebar, going to Preferences under the Advanced section, and toggling off "Allow BlueStacks to show ads during gameplay," then saving changes, which often helps smooth things out as reported by many players. For even better stability, try setting FPS to 60 max in Performance tab, using High performance mode, and ensuring your CPU cores and RAM are allocated properly for your hardware.

BlueStacks stores data in virtual disk files that hold app data, instances, and cache, which can grow large and not shrink automatically after uninstalls or deletions.
You can free up space by opening BlueStacks Settings if still installed, going to the User Data tab, and clicking Free up space or Disk Cleanup, which removes unused app files permanently. If fully uninstalled, check Disk Cleanup in Windows, search for BlueStacks folders manually to delete them, or use our uninstaller tool from the support page to wipe remnants.

it lags very badly even on simple game. My laptop is running minecraft better than geometry dash and i dont mean any mythical lvl but literally at clubstep. do yourself a favor and just get steam you do not need anything from bluestacks

What you describe usually points to how resources are allocated to the emulator rather than raw laptop power, which is why Minecraft can still run fine on your system. In BlueStacks, performance depends a lot on settings like CPU cores, RAM, graphics mode, frame rate, and whether virtualization is enabled on the PC. These can cause stutter or heavy lag even on light games if they are not tuned for your specific hardware.
If you are open to giving it another try, you can also start by setting Performance mode to Balanced, lowering the resolution to 1280 x 720, locking FPS to around 30 to 60, and closing other background apps, which often improves lag in Geometry Dash and similar titles.

I only installed this to play a simple game like Geometry Dash, but BlueStacks is so bloated and unstable that it crashes my entire OS. It’s overkill for what it does. Switching to a lighter alternative might fix this.
