I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I previously received a certification, but it was later cancelled, and when I contacted the company regarding this issue, I did not receive any proper response or resolution.

After that, I paid for another certification on **28 February 2026** (Invoice No. INV-6118175981) and made another payment on **13 March 2026**. Before enrolling, I was informed that the certification process would be completed within **two weeks**.

After the promised timeline passed, I repeatedly followed up with the assigned representative, Sweta. Each time, I was assured that it would be completed "this week" or "in a few days." Despite these repeated commitments, I have still not received the certification.

When I requested a refund because the service was not delivered, my requests were ignored. My calls and messages have not been answered. I was also pressured to take a different certification that I never requested or wanted.

This experience has been extremely disappointing due to the cancelled certification, repeated delays, broken promises, and lack of proper customer support. I feel that I was not treated fairly as a customer.

I would advise others to carefully verify all commitments and research thoroughly before making payments. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this matter by either providing the certification I paid for or issuing a full refund.

They are scammers. U paid for course and u never get services. Biggest scammer from them is Spencer

I was approached by a company representative on LinkedIn...Beware. This company is offering 100% pass rate which is achieved by someone else doing the exam mascerading as you. I think employers will wake up to this scheme and realise these certificates are fraudulent.
