The process was fine but the accent of the agent took getting used to with the speed of speech. Slowing down assisted me.

Charged me for telling them I have high cholesterol
I have had insurance with this company for over 3 years. I just found out I have high cholesterol and rang to tell them. They gave me a number to ring Medical screening. The guy at medical screening laughed and said no high cholesterol was covered and you don't have medical screening for that, the insurance company waiver it. I rang the insurance company back again and after being put on hold they charged me 21 euros for the 'medical screening' they did over the phone which was 3 questions.... I will not be taking out insurance next year on principle with them

Getting the quote online, was very easy to do, and the package seems worth it. The price seems affordable.

It was easy to speak to the Blue representative. He made us aware of an unnecessary expense we had incurred, for which we were able to get a refund.
