I have got a holiday insurance policy but have not received the email and I have emailed you on so may occasions and heard nothing. Can’t find a phone number for you anywhere.

Jenny the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. I was walked through process of opening my documents when the previous years documents continued to present. The policy is good and inexpensive for the cover and reassurance provided for the travel.

First of all I was given two different quotes on two days for the identical trip by the online AI (Over 70, Worldwide + Canada, 34 days). I phoned the office and spoke to a very helpful consultant who took my details, like the AI, and confirmed the lower quote, which I accepted. Given that most companies use the same Spanish underwriter it is hard to understand why rates vary so much. Blue Insurance wins.

We needed
assistance while on holiday as my wife got sick and needed medical treatment. Blue insurance Staff were amazing and everything got sorted and they phoned
us everyday to make sure we were ok even when we got home. Conor & Christine
