Jahr ausprobiert werden. Beim ersten Versuch brach das Gewinde zum Anbringen der Finne aus ( inzwischen wurde das Befestigen der Finne besser gestaltet)
Der Kontakt zum Kundenservice war reibungslos,schnell und in meiner Landessprache !!! In kürzester Zeit wurden meine Fotos des Problems ausgewertet, Retourenbescheinigung erstellt und abgefragt,in welcher Farbe mein neues Board geliefert werden soll. Ich war begeistert!Nach 19 Tagen lag vor mir ein neues und besseres Board,sogar mit passendem Kayak-Kit,da meins dazu nicht mehr passte. Und das Wichtigste: es fährt sich wunderbar auf den Boards von Bluefin !

I've had the board for one day, so have not yet used in on the water, but at first glance, and I am a very critical individual, I would say that I'm extremely pleased with what I can see. The board is very pretty and the construction looks to be very sound, there more than enough bungy cords for any kit and even a place for your camera at the front. I'm used to paddling fast unstable hard boards and wanted something for a bit of fun and this seems to fit the bill.

My first SUP, bought in the sale direct from Bluefin, Ended up getting a more premium board from Bluefin, than I would've got from a local sports store for the same amount of money. Five year guarantee is good, and customer service was great when I had a question. Great experience so far, just need to get out and try it now.

We have a Bluefin SUP with Kayak adaptor and love the product. Not only it the the quality of the product excellent, so is the quality of customer service. There is a swift online response and the team are very helpful. After a couple of season's use, the valve developed a slight fault through wear and tear, making it difficult to deflate singlehandedly, although the SUP was still useable. I spoke to customer service and after viewing photos. they replaced the valve within a week.
I recommend the product and the customer service team very highly. Special thanks to Jake, Khareen and Joe for their advice and support.

Compré un SUP Cruise 10’8 Sunburst. La tabla en sí está bien, pero el sistema de encastre de las aletas deja mucho que desear. Utiliza clips de plástico que se zafan con facilidad y se rompen constantemente. A pesar de que vienen tres clips de repuesto y de que fui extremadamente cuidadoso al colocar y quitar las aletas, ya se rompieron dos en solo cuatro usos. El sistema es claramente poco fiable y frágil, lo que termina afectando la experiencia general de uso. Los clips no se venden por separado no los he podido conseguir online

I purchased the Bluefin Carbon 12' SUP 2025 and overall I'm very satisfied with this board. While there are some minor cosmetic imperfections (which seem to be normal for handcrafted products like this), the performance on the water is excellent and the quality-to-price ratio is fair.
What really impressed me was Bluefin's customer support. They responded promptly to all my questions, provided detailed explanations about product characteristics, and went above and beyond to address my concerns with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
I would definitely recommend Bluefin for anyone looking for a good inflatable board backed by exceptional customer service.

Not 1-star, a 0-star for me. What’s annoyed me is people telling me that Bluefin SUP are good customer services that will sort me out but waste of time to be honest.
I ordered and received the new carbon 2025 12’, I send it back for a replacement - there were plenty of stock when I returned mine board then around a week later I noticed on the website said there’s 3 boards left in stock so I emailed them to make sure that I’m going to have my board. They emailed back said they will sort it out quick as possible so the next day they’ve sold out the boards then telling me that it’s out of stock and I’ll be getting a full refund. What doesn’t make sense is I’ve received the board and seen it with my own eyes then I’m going to have my money back? If they knew I’ve returned my board then they should have kept one for return to me but they didn’t put their new customer first.
Now I’m being told that the boards will be back in stock around November. Useless company and services. I’d avoid buying anything from Bluefin SUP.
To anyone that got mine-ish board, hope you enjoy it

I purchased two boards the Cruise 10.8 and Cruise Carbon 10.8. Had them two weeks now and appear to be good boards. Initially was disappointed in that the pump had been damaged in transport and the Cruise Carbon bag straps had a manufacturing defect. The Cruise optional kayak seat had a broken securing clip.
Sent an email to customers service about the faults and issues and after a few email returns replacement pump, bag and clips where sent but they did take two weeks to arrive.
Few days after recieving the Cruise Carbon board I received an email with an offer of a price reduction. I contacted Bluefin and they offered to refund me the difference in price which I feel was very honourable of them to do so.
So far from what I have experience the company do try to help and sort out issues. As for the quality of the boards and materials etc I was expecting little bit better on first impressions but time will tell to see if these boards and accessories will stand the test of time and the 5 year warranty will live up to expectations if needed.

1. Obwohl ich bereits ein SUP bestellt habe, wurde mir im Nachhinein noch der 5% Rabatt für Erstbestellung erstattet;
2. Meine angemeldete Retoure konnte ich - nach ungeplanter „Intervention“ kleinerer Familienmitglieder - problemlos zurücknehmen.
Die Mailkontakte mit dem Support-Team waren jedesmal super freundlich & auf Augenhöhe.
Abgesehen davon: die Qualität des SUP 12‘ Carbon steht dem Service in keinem Detail nach ;)
