Excellent service from the Hillingdon branch
The Hillingdon branch staff have been on the whole excellent; the carers are usually punctual, and almost always proficient and friendly. The management is responsive and, pleasingly, very engaged with the client and the family.
They have been looking after my bed-bound mother for many months now, and we have been very happy with their service.

Superb
I have been with Bluebird Care Uxbridge, Ickenham and Hayes for 6 years now. Previously having worked for another Bluebird Franchise and in a Care Home, I would not look to go any where else. My Colleagues are all very supportive and encouraging and we are like a little family.

A Great team support, lovely carers
I have been with Bluebird Care now for nearly 11 years after starting as a carer. I was very unsure this was a role for me, after a few months I could not look back. Looking after our customers and listening to their stories has been a pleasure, seeing them smile and laugh. Their can be some sad days however, there is always support where needed. I then became a supervisor with so much support and help from the office and management team, at one point I was too scared to pick up the phone. This job has helped me grow as a person and build in confidence, I love supporting our customers and carers daily.
