Unreliable, Poor Customer Service & Broken Promises
I sent an enquiry email today (18/08/2025) at 10:50 am and received an automated reply at 10:51 am saying:
"One of our senior team will endeavour to be in touch with you very shortly. They aim to get back to you in less than one hour during working hours."
By 1:10 pm, I still had no call back. I tried phoning several times, but no one answered and no one returned my calls. This is a clear example of poor communication and broken promises.
How can a company be trusted if they can’t even deliver on their own service commitments? Reliability, trust, and professional customer service are the basics of any business. Sadly, this company has failed on all three.
Reply to your poor response 20/08/2025:
Replying with some unreasonable or just giving excuses shows how poor your service is. Next time, try to solve it instead! It will work out better for you.

Our records show that your enquiry was submitted at 10:50 am on Monday, 18 August, and this review was posted just over two hours later at 1:10 pm the same day. Unfortunately, this fell during our weekly company-wide meeting, followed by the lunchtime period, which meant we hadn’t yet had the opportunity to respond within that short timeframe.
While our automated reply states we aim to respond within an hour during working hours, this is a guideline rather than a guarantee, and response times may vary depending on circumstances and volume.
We’re disappointed to see such a strongly negative review without any direct interaction with our team or service delivery. Reviews are an important way for us to improve, and we always welcome constructive feedback. In this instance, however, the comments don’t reflect an actual service experience with Blue Array
Great insights and guidance on both technical and content sides of SEO
Blue Array really helped us get a handle on our SEO efforts and helped us put together a roadmap for success on both the technical and content sides of SEO. Abby and Evan especially really helped answer all the many questions we had and set us up to have a great baseline to be working from going forwards.

I worked with Blue Array on a project within the RAC for the 1st half of 2023 and they provided detailed recommendations whilst delivering documents on agreed upon times. These deliverables outlined implementable actions, with advice/best practice, that benefitted our SEO performance, along with longer term recommendations too.
