Went above and beyond for me
My son didn’t have his phone working when he landed at Heathrow so we couldn’t contact him but Blue Airport Transfer went above and beyond in tracking him down. They were in constant communication with me and let me know as soon as they found my son. I’m very, very impressed with this company’s professionalism and commitment to great service. Absolutely excellent service! Had no issue booking. Got confirmation straight away! I rang to confirm and spoke to the lovely assistant about what time we should leave for our flight. The company kept me up to date all the time and even contacted me to ask if we wanted to leave easier as there were road closures. The driver was the loveliest man ever. He was so chatty and kind. Offered to stop so we could get a cup of coffee. An absolute gentleman! Would highly recommend this service as it is excellent value for money and the staff are 10\10. Thank you so much!!!!

Great service and all as described in…
Great service and all as described in their information. Although an hour early outside London City Airport our driver was there within 15 minutes. We also booked our return ride and that was an equal smooth ride. Our driver was in front of our frontdoor the exact time we agreed on even though he experienced a lot of traffic coming from City Airport. For us a family of four with luggage this was an easy and comfortable way to get to hour London house. I would recommend it for sure.

I booked a minicab to take my family to heathrow airport for a very early morning flight. Once I booked I got confirmation straightaway, the updates on whatsapp were very helpful such as knowing the drivers contact and vehicle information ahead of time incase of any issues. Mr Mushtaq our driver was excellent very professional and turned up on time. Very good experience and fair prices, would book again.

Very reliable service :-)
The drivers (24th and 27th July 2025) were punctuality and very friendly. Both drove carefully so we experienced two comfortable rides from and to Heathrow airport.
The communication with the service provider was perfect. We were informed about every step, e.g. driver is on the way, where the pick-up will take place, photo and car information etc.

Traveling is always exciting for me! The excitement usually hits me the moment I start planning for the trip. But then, my little worries about this and that also emerge. For my last trip in particular, my biggest worry was the post disembarkation travel from Southampton to Heathrow airport, as I had an early flight to catch and any tiny hiccup could make me miss my international flight. Imagining thousands of passengers getting off the ship all at the same time trying to grab some transportation, I decided against calling an Uber ride on disembarkation day. I chose Blue Airport Transfer. What a good decision I made for myself! We were met with ultimate professionalism with prompt responses, warm attitude and reassuring know-hows every step of the way. Drivers were on time/early for both trips with a friendly, ready-to-help attitude. Handled our luggages with care, engaged in friendly conversations when we wanted to chat. Overall, it was an extremely smooth and no fuss experience. Next time I am in that part of the world, Blue Airport Travel will be my choice again!
