Working with Blú Capital was honestly a great experience. We needed factoring to keep our cash flow steady, and they made the whole process simple and fast. Everything was explained clearly, no surprises, and the funds came through right when we needed them. Their team is easy to work with and genuinely helpful. Definitely a financial partner you can trust.
Do NOT trust this company. They will release your information despite assurances otherwise. We have emails from their representatives saying they would not. As well as assurances that the credit profile would not run or be disseminated. No less than 20 calls from New York, Texas, Florida and New York the next two business days looking for MCA's which we were not looking for. Original representative now unreachable and further communication has stopped.
Beware of applying for factoring with this company as they will file a UCC on your company without your knowledge nor consent, and will refuse to terminate it unless you threaten to file a report to the BBB or pursue legal action. Filing a UCC on your business is fine IF you sign a factoring agreement with them and are consenting to it, but if you are evaluating different factoring companies, then be careful of applying with them because once you submit the initial application to receive a quote, they will file a UCC-1 on your company and will make you jump through hoops to have it terminated - such an inappropriate business practice.
The rates offered are somewhat competitive, but their deceptive business practices involving the UCC are a cause for concern if you are looking to do business with a transparent and helpful factoring company.

Client credit check is straight forward and simple to verify. Invoices are sent automatically, once accepted, to accounts payable minimizing error and time for billing. The platform itself receives constant updates with a functional IT team.
The staff at Blu Capital is accessible and easy to reach. Communication is made available during the day. Email response is quick and effective.
Their wiring process is on time. In the rare occasion of a short coming, they are good with notifying and solving it.
Overall they work with a great variety of clients, easy to follow factoring process, and communicative staff.
