De legger ut tester gratis/åpent, men når du f.eks har brukt 15 min på ett testsett må du betale for å få se resultatet. Det var ikke åpenbart at det kostet penger når man begynner på testen og i og med at jeg har investert en litt tid og innsats i testen er det lett å føle seg tvunget til å betale. Jeg synes denne forretningsmodellen er uredelig og minner om svindel.
De som betaler 2 euro for å se resultatet blir automatisk registrert med abonnement til 29 Euro månedlig abonnent, som man ikke oppdager før de belaster kortet. De gir aldri tilbake penger dersom du klager.
