Flowers on last delivery were not up to par. Very few quality flowers. most of bouquet was comprised of alstroemeria. My daughter Carla who the flowers were for was disappointed as first deliveries were very nice,

Consistently timely, high quality, and great customer service

Packaging is great and flowers arrive intact. Only item is duration is ~ 10 days. Ideas how to keep fresh even with plant food is appreciated.

I’ve used BloomsyBox for gifts a few times and been very happy with the arrangements. However, this last time one of the three orders arrived wilted…may have been due to summer heat.

For the price of your service
I’m sorry to say - Your bouquets were not very impressive - average at best. My mother was gracious & very thankful for our 3 month subscription gift but as the gifted we were not satisfied with your bouquets.

The flowers were good. The flowers were a couple of days late. It required a notification for correction.

The quality of the flowers upon arrival is generally very good. My only complaint is that about half the bouquet was Alstromeria, which is a cheap filler flower that I don't care for. With a flower like this, I would guess that Bloomsy is definitely making a big profit.

The flowers looked nothing like the ones pictured. They were also in bad shape: dull and frayed. I contacted them for a refund per their customer satisfaction policy and didn't even receive a response from them. I wouldn't recommend.

Recipient loved the beautiful flowers. Arrived on time and were appreciated.

The flowers were gorgeous and unique and customer service was over the top.

Especially beautiful variety of flowers this time. Orange and purple combination is stunning. Flowers in very good shape.

When the flowers open up they are beautiful. They are so fresh that you can display them for weeks

I love the flowers! The only thing I wish is that the delivery date could be more than an approximation, I don't like when they sit on the porch for an extended period of time.

Bloomsy Box is such a classy organization with outstanding customer service and quality products.
The florals are a definite more than a cut above the normal available and Bloomsy makes things right if anything happens in transit. I will never use another florist for gift giving or personal use.
