Flowers were delivered on time BUT the bouquet that was delivered to my Mother in law were absolutely awful! They looked nothing better than a small bouquet bought at local garage and chucked in a box! Some of the flowers already wilting and all were dead within a few days, absolutely no response from customer service!!!

Purchased a large bouquet for a friend when I sore them I felt embarrassed they just looked like twigs the buds were very small they probably ended up in the bin when I left also they arrived 3days to early nothing like the picture sorry I shall not be ordering again ☹️

Don’t bother buying from here if you want your flowers to arrive for a special occasion.
I ordered on a Thursday needed them delivered for Sunday
They rock up Monday very disappointing and also they are rude I’ve e-mailed them twice asking to explain why my flowers were not delivered on my designated day both e-mails ignored
Don’t bother wasting your money they will only disappoint you.

If I could give nil I would. Ordered the most expensive flowers on the website for my daughter to receive the day before wedding. They were cheap…for a reason! They were never delivered, had a message re delivery stating flowers had been returned as address not found! My daughter has lots of deliveries with no problem. Emailed customer service three times- no response. AVOID this scam company

Absolutely rubbish dead in arrival all petals drop off dropped flower heads just awfull and I've emailed 4 times no reply at all Di not use this company wAste of Money no customer service absolutely crap spoilt our golden wedding

Oh dear - I wish I checked reviews before purchasing.

The flowers themselves look good (saw a photo not the actual flowers) - they were a gift for a friend's birthday- however I knew she was going to be away so I ordered them for a Monday delivery - no where on the order form did it say that they might be posted early -which they were - they arrived on Saturday whilst she was away.

I emailed the company to share my disappointment, on the standard pre written reply it stated flowers may be posted early (a bit late to tell me) and they would be in contact.

Have they got back to me - nope!!

I've even written to them again but not a word back.
I wanted to give feed back that it should state at the checkout that flowers might be delivered earlier so that customers can make an informed choice

Don't bother with this company

Paid extra for a "large" bouquet, but what arrived was a fraction of the size of the pictured normal-size bouquet. Tried contacting on multiple occasions without any response.

Like others, I wish I'd checked here before ordering. Do not use this florist.

Ordered flowers for my Mother In Laws birthday. Ordered on 17th April to be delivered on 22nd April. At no point during my order did it state that my order would not be delivered on my specified date. I received a tracking number on 18th April which never updated until 22nd April.
I emailed on 22nd April receiving a generic standard response, I could not find a phone number on there website. Appalling customer service. Tracking now states my order will be delivered on 23rd April which is 24 hours to late. Especially as this is her first birthday without my Father In Law.
AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Stupidly I didn't read the reviews on here before I ordered. I guess that £25 of my hard earned money wasted. The bouquet was like garage flowers and some of them looked dead already. Bought a much nicer bouquet from the supermarket for a third of the price. I have emailed twice and phoned, but could only leave a message and no reply to either. Shockingly bad service. I won't be recommending, not even to people I don't like.

Ordered a bouquet of pink roses for someone after having breast cancer surgery- they actually delivered a mix colour bouquet- no contact about change of order or option to cancel. Emailed them- no response after 5 days- rang them and was told they just change an order if they cannot fulfill the actual customer order- offered to send another but the moment had passed- won’t use again or recommend

My friend has now told me (despite being mortified), that the flowers all died within a few days.

Poor product. Poor service. Please don't make the same mistake that I did.

I’m so disappointed. Ordered flowers for next day delivery (££££ delivery charge) for a poorly friend. Arrived late. Customer service non responsive.

I’ll never order again.

Friend was ‘polite’ and said flowers were nice but I’m not sure. She wasn’t very enthusiastic.

Please avoid this company. They will tell you on their website that they deliver on a weekend, even let you select a Sunday for delivery, yet they aren’t even open! They will then send you tracking information for a product that hasn’t even been picked or assembled. They do NOT respond to emails or telephone calls should you have any issues. I believe that company and website is just a scam.
