I was totally misled. Pointless making an issue if it if that is the quality of the staff that you employ. I wonder what the company will do about it.

Product is fine but Blomberg are unobtainable to rectify the 3 year guarantee which you receive when you follow instructions for 5 yr gtee. I was told because I had a 3 year guarantee it cannot be changed. I was refused a manager or supervisor but eventually transferred 2 or 3 times and finally given a number to ring. It was 'Bloomberg'. So I gave up. In view of the number of similar complaints on Trust Pilot I would suggest the 5 year guarantee is misrepresentation. Makes you wonder, should you need a fault dealt with. Completely spoils what is probably an excellent product.

Very hard to contact Blomberg to register device for warranty. Had issues online, and contact number provided was for Beko who couldn't assist. Found another number advertised as for ROI but was a UK free phone number not contactable in Ireland. Number that came with documentation of appliance is no longer in operation. No online chat facility or contact us form, and no customer service email address listed on website

l am hoping your freezer will last as long as the old bosch freezer but we will see.

Trying to get the five year warranty was virtually impossible as the customer care was shockingly poor the South African lady who was on the phone play ping-pong with my coal for her own amusement .clearly very poor. Both ovens taken an order amount of time to heat up. I thoroughly regret buying this Product.

Product was just what we required to replace our chest freezer and, as we prefer to shop locally, the fact that Booths in Inverurie had it in stock and recommended it was perfect

I only have experience of Express TV who supplied the product who were very easy to deal with including delivery and setting up.
So far the Fridge has been fine and is well designed and spacious.

The customer service at Beacon Electrical in Totnes was excellent.

I phoned to register warranty which was advertised as 5 years on a red label on the appliance. I found the person on the phone difficult to understand and had to keep asking him to repeat. At the end of a long process, he assured me it was 5 year warranty, however, when I received the details it was in fact 3 years. I could not face phoning again to go through it all again so have missed out on an extra 2 years warranty!!! Not happy!!

The washing machine was delivered on time.It is used by our lodger, and I understand it works well

Bought a Blomberg washing machine from a Euronics store. Although they sold machines by other manufacturers, the Blomberg was pushed very strongly. So far the machine seems ok but I wish I’d have considered other makes more seriously. I was told to make sure I registered the machine for warranty and there was a leaflet with the machine with a phone number in large numbers. I looked for an online option but there was no information about this. When the phone was answered it became obvious I was through to an insurance company. The agent wouldnt give up and asked what other appliances I had. I pointed out that I’d phoned to register the machine and I didn’t want insurance. He said he couldn’t register the machine and I needed to go online to Blomberg.
I feel I’ve been slightly manipulated with all this but so far the machine seems ok.

The machine works as advertised and is very quiet.

I had to call three times and eventually did manage to complete the process online, I much prefer to speak to a person rather than struggle on a computer

Dishwasher. seems easy to use. Not had it long enough to really comment
