Unfortunately we found that the fridge seals were not working properly and we had to contact supplier to rectify. Once sorted after a minor adjustment we can now say we are over the moon with our new fridge freezer. Thank you.

everything went wrong from trying to get a repair or a replacement, no one seemed to know what was going on, we were without a fridge freezer for 3 weeks at the hoist time of the year, if it wasn't for our local euronics store who sorted thing out for us I thing I would still be waiting, we waited a week for an engineer he said it needed new parts he would order them we would hear when they were ready, no one phoned we were then told after phoning ourselves the parts were no longer available so we would get a replacement as it is still under guarantee, that didn't happen phoned again the parts were now all of a sudden available , but it would be 2 weeks before they would turn up spoke to someone who said as been as we had waited so long she would pass a request for a replacement, we were told we would not get a replacement, eventually we were offered an uplift number which we took to our local supplier he ordered an new ridge freezer while we were still in the shop, it was out of stock so it was another week before we got it, if your star ratings had a minus it would be a 10

We had a Blomberg washing machine for 13 years and when that went wrong our obvious choice was to replace it with another Blomberg.

Easy to register warranty, and glad I bought this tumble dryer as its great and does the job perfectly

Machine has a great aesthetic. So far very pleased after just two washes. Choice of programmes excellent, and easy to use. Very quiet.
Thus far a good purchase choice, but longevity as yet untested. Portents are very positive.

Great service

have used a couple of times now and it is working well.

Our 5 year old integrated larder freezer broke down. Sadly we only had the 3 year warranty.
Our integrated larder fridge was also the same age, and wasn't coping well with the hot weather, so we thought to be on the safe side we would replace them both at the same time.
We looked at other options to replace them, but Bosch and Neff were too expensive so we reluctantly decided to go for the same products again.
Both the fridge and the freezer are noisier than the ones that we replaced and so it seems to us that they are both on more or less constantly. It is not very often that we walk into the kitchen and can't hear them. But, putting aside the noise they make, at least they are both working well at the moment despite the hot weather. This time we have the 5 year warranty if we should need it.
One other niggle about them is the flimsy plastic runners that are supplied to attach the door of the appliance to the door of the larder unit. On the old models they kept breaking and had to be replaced three times in the 5 years that we had them.

I am extremely happy with my appliances, it is value for money

I purchased my Blomberg washing machine from Switch On, Bishop Auckland (Eutronics). Staff very helpful and friendly. I took the option of having my old washing machine taken out and taken away and the new one installed. Again great service from the guys. This is my first Blomberg product, I'm highly satisfied with it. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase another Blomberg product if needed.

Products we purchased were good and fitted well in the current integrated spaces. Although the warranty delivered with the machine provides a telephone number, your support always tell you to go online to register for the warranty.

The oven is 3 months old and developed a fault which I tried to contact you about and request a repair as under warranty. Cannot get through on phone always waiting and no reply to any emails. I am now taking legal advisement as to what should happen next. Very poor service.

5 visits from so-called 'engineers' who failed to identify or fix a problem with our 9 month old washing machine, but refused to report it as unfixable!. Totally unhelpful telephone staff, who refused to acknowledge the problem. What is the point of a 3 year guarantee? Sorted eventually by the retailer.
