Frustrating Experience with Blokly's Misleading Trial Policy
I usually approach new services optimistically, but my experience with Blokly has unfortunately been disappointing. The company advertises a "30-day trial, cancel anytime" policy on their landing page, which initially seemed straightforward and customer-friendly. However, the reality of trying to cancel the trial and account was far from simple.
Navigating their platform to find the cancellation option was an exercise in futility, with no clear path or instructions provided. It felt like a deliberate maze designed to discourage customers from cancelling. This practice is not only frustrating but also feels quite deceptive, considering their upfront promises.
Moreover, when I sought assistance from their customer support, my experience plummeted further. Despite sending an email and a chat request three days ago, I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is disheartening and only adds to the stress of the situation, especially with the looming first payment.
It's disingenuous for Blokly to claim that customers can cancel anytime yet make the process nearly impossible and offer no support when needed. I am still hoping for a response before charges are made to my account, but my patience is wearing thin.
I believe that transparency and customer support are crucial for any service, and unfortunately, Blokly has fallen short in these areas. They need to align their practices with their promises and improve their customer service. Potential customers should be wary of the trial offer and prepared for potential challenges if they decide to cancel.
