Blogvault is an integral component of our business - it gives us a deep layer of tools for delivering quality and reliable maintenance for our clients while also having access to a highly competent and responsive support team. Hands down recommended!

I've used Blogvault for several years and it has saved me a lot of headaches. Simple to use, does it's job, lots of features and most importantly outstanding prompt human support when you need it.

BlogVault always helps me quickly and professionally whenever I have questions. Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and technically skilled. They have helped me out of many situations over the years, and knowing that my website is protected with BlogVault gives me real peace of mind. I genuinely sleep better knowing I use their service. Highly recommended!

Love this service. Easy to use, reliable, and with great features such as remotely managing Wordpress updates, creating staging sites to test new features and updates that you might be adding to a live site, and website security services. Their customer support is also first rate. Quick, responsive and super helpful. We've been using them for years and would highly recommend them.

After more than 7 years using BlogVault, I am more impressed than ever with their website dashboard, security features, and personal customer support.
The dashboard provides a data rich environment to monitor websites and prepare for updates. Their malware scanner and malware removal tool are top notch and the dashboard make post-malware actions easy too. More than once, their customer service aided in a hack clean up when I onboarded a client already infected. When I had a recurring problem with vulnerability notifications, they reached out for a video meeting. They said they would fix it and they did. What a way to establish trust! I get the sense they are in this for the long haul and to make the most useful, reliable product they can.

Great company, always responds super quick when I have a need and their platform provides the best website monitoring, updating and malware removal services that I have used. Highly recommend for anyone who maintains a Wordpress website.

I've used Blogvault for a few years to manage over 150 websites. Their platform is very stable and has all of the tools that I need to keep the websites in my care safe, updated and running their best. Their support team is top notch. They respond quickly and have always gone above and beyond to answer my questions and help.

Highly recommend.

Blogvault has responsive support and helpful people. I couldn't run a web business without them.

Excellent support experience with BlogVault. Likhith provided outstanding technical support throughout the entire process and was highly responsive, proactive, and professional in helping us resolve the issue.

What stood out most was the speed and efficiency of the support. The issue was resolved much faster than we expected, with clear communication and strong technical understanding from start to finish.

A sincere thank you to Likhith and the BlogVault team for the excellent customer support experience.

Was able to clean up, work through a major security issue, and find solutions. I don't know what I would have done without their team! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A great plugin for anyone managing multiple Wordpress websites who wants peace of mind.
BlogVault handles backups, enables you to create staging environments, and makes it easy to restore content from a backup or staging site to your live site.
On top of that, their support team is fast to respond and very friendly.

Excellent service with responsive support. Being able to manage over 50 websites all in one place is essential and MalCare has all the tools needed to backup, update, monitor, and so much more. When help is needed the support is quick and helpful. I am very glad to be with MalCare.

I built a comprehensive website with posts from scratch, but I had to learn it all as I went. Many aspects I did not understand made my website slower than it should have been. I tried using WP rocker and other plugins to make my site faster but it was only marginal.

I installed Airlift and my website page scores are now in the 90s+ including my 2000-3000 word long posts. I wasted months trying other plugins but Airlift did it and with almost zero effort on my end.

I like the paid version as I can get a little deeper into optimization without getting technical at all.

I receive very good customer service from this company. They monitor my websites very well.

I wouldn't be without BlogVault.Any time I have needed any assistance it has been there immediately for me and knowing it is keeping my websites safe keeps me sleeping well at night.

best support. Very fast response in a few hours and best results.

The BlogVault WordPress addon offers great value for money, and the service is bolstered by a fantastic support team with swift response times.
