I opened account here a year ago and made some bets. I made withdrawal then to empty my account and forget the whole thing. I received today message from them that I should empty my account before end of the month. I logged in and noticed my old withdrawal was still pending. I contacted support to ask reason for this and they replied that I would need to KYC. I did KYC and asked them cancel my old withdrawal, because I couldnt cancel it myself of some technical reason. I wanted to cancel the withdrawal because it was to old wallet that I dont have access anymore. Support confirmed to me that they would cancel it after documents have been approved. Well they didnt cancel it, they send the money to that old address. I contacted them again and they refused to own their mistake, even though everything was verified in the same chat. And then to cover their mistake, they deleted the chat and closed the session. Luckily I took screenshots before that I will now send to license provider. I recommend to stay away from operators like this. They dont admit when their mistakes and customer is always wrong. Its very shade how they tried to cover their mistake.

I am sharing my experience with BlockBet.
After using the platform and completing the KYC verification process, my account was closed and my funds were confiscated.
At the time of account closure, my balance was approximately 307 USDT, which included my personal deposit and game winnings.
I strictly deny any fraudulent activity. I played using my own funds, without VPN, and provided all requested verification documents during the KYC process.
Despite multiple requests, the company did not provide specific evidence or explain which exact actions violated their “Fraud” policy.
The support team informed me that the decision is final and irreversible.
I believe that confiscating player funds without proving fraud is unfair and lacks transparency.
I am willing to update this review if the company returns my funds or provides a clear and justified explanation.

Update: It has now been more than 72 hours since I posted this review. BlockBet has not provided any evidence of fraud, has not clarified the alleged violation, and has not responded publicly.
My deposit was $150 and my balance reached $307 after legitimate sports bets and slot play.
I am requesting the return of at least my original deposit.
I am documenting all communication and will escalate this matter to additional public complaint platforms.

Update (no response):
It has now been a significant amount of time since my initial review and verification of my experience via Trustpilot.
BlockBet has still not provided any evidence of the alleged “fraud” or any clear explanation for confiscating my funds.
My deposit was 150 USDT, and my balance reached 307 USDT. I completed full KYC and submitted multiple Proof of Address documents.
Despite this, my account was closed and all funds were confiscated without transparency.
I am still requesting at least the return of my original deposit.
I remain open to resolving this matter amicably.

Even even all official stats from every website have the number at 10.

When I complained, they stated that the number was adjusted from 9 to 10 so he initially updated number will stand..

Now that's very ridiculous. Bets are settled on the officially updated number from the official sources not based on hot race of first come first served updates.

I demand that Blockbet.gg kindly settle my bet accordingly with the stats on all the official sources listed on their website.

The support members have no idea about most of the cases and giving unclear information and not actually supporting to the customers. And English level of the support agents is not enough to explain something. Constantly receiving unclear informations from mails and live support section. Terrible.
