I have purchased 2 Bltzwolf items recently. A ZigBee pir sensor which continuously sent alarm messages every 5 minutes even when put in a dark press! Took a long time and a lot of emails to Banggood to get a refund. Also purchased an IP wireless security camera which is the far side of useless. Their PC app just does not function and it is impossible to get a live picture from my holiday cottage.I also have a Foscam up camera which works perfectly so it's not the poor internet speed causing the problem. Would never purchase anything from this company again.

Do not buy BlitzWolf products, their products are some of the worst quality crap. I bought BW-LT 32 Pro Smart strip light TV and BW-FD3 soap dispenser, both defective. Also avoid ScamGood (banggood), they never refund or replace the poor quality products they sell.

Throughout a long timespan I bought Blitzwolf USB cables, charger, headphones and vacuum cleaner. I USED TO like the company, but now I won't recommend anything from it. One day my vacuum cleaner BW-VC2 stopped charging, because of "used up battery" (most probably because of unfairly programmed BMS), and since then I have problems to get the new battery. The only place to buy it is Banggood, where the order from factory is already a few weeks late, because there's no battery in the stock. Blitzwolf customer service is either unhelpful, or not responding. Also, headphones BW-HP0 have only one-way volume control - with buttons on them. Volume change from computer level doesn't work.

Avoid at all costs.
Customer Service is ZERO.
If you are lucky and the product works, good for you, otherwise, you'll be losing money.
I ordered an vacuum cleaner in Jan 2020. It stopped working in Feb 2021. It came with a leaflet saying it has 18 months manufacturer warranty.
Blitzwolf just plain and simple refuse to honor the warranty.

Very unprofessional company. Think twice before you buy something from Blitzwolf. They leave the customer with a problem, they do not answer questions. Drama... never again Blitzwolf !

It looks nice until it stops working. My Blitzwolf VC1 vacuum cleaner stopped charging after several months. Blitzwolf customer service did not reply at all. Banggood does not accept the problem although lot of customers are experiencing same issue. They disparage the issue and does not reply. I am very disappointed with handling the dispute. I do not have working vacuum nor my money back. I do not recommend to buy anything valuable from Banggood or Blitzwolf.

AVOID! TERRIBLE COMPANY!
I bought a blitzwolf selfie stick from Amazon in Aug 2019 (comes with 18 month warranty) and the bluetooth remote stopped connecting to my phone. Emailed blitzwolf on 22 May with the problem - they replied with no personal reference to me as a customer and just replied this:
1. fully charged the bluetooth remote for 30 minutes.
2. turn off all bluetooth devices.
3. delete the previous connected bluetooth name.
4. long press the camera button to turn on the remote bluetooth
5. turn on the phone bluetooth.
6. search the bluetooth name : BW-BS10
7. pair and connect it.

Which I had already explained in the email I have done. I emailed back on 1 June saying problem still persists pls let me know how to get a replacement and no reply as to date!! So annoyed - in the end I contacted amazon and they have offered me a refund upon sending the item back - THANK GOD FOR AMAZON!
Blitzwolf is a scam - do not buy any of there products! They say it comes with warranty but they don't do anything to resolve!!! Very disappointing!

Blitzwolf ships defective products and does not want to refund. It's an absurd. Don't buy anything from Blitzwolf. I bought it at their official store.Ibought it at their official store. Order 8008835875490498 Aliexpress, Blitzwolf official store Blitzwolf official store product will arrive defective and will have no warranty.

I bought three Blitzwolf memories through Banggood. The memories were rated as V30 and after testing with H2testw only 1 of the three memories met the speed rating. I believe that Blitzwolf is cheating and sending out memories that fail the speed rating. It is a matter of ethics! I can at least say that all three memories work they just are not meeting the spec they sell them under. The quandry is that their memory is as good or better for the price, I just don't like them upselling memory that does not meet the spec. I would not buy memory from Banggood again because of their terrible customer service. I hope that Blitzwolf will read this and change their practices. A real shame that they are playing this game!
