Not sure how to respond to your message, so I am just editing this review to add my order number - 276193.
Most of our blinds are not straight and we've had a wand that has been broken for a while, and we are missing a plastic piece to be able to reattach the new wand to the window. Repeatedly this piece has not come with the wands, and we can not turn the blinds open on this blind.

Quick restrung shades.
Needed to have fabric shades restrung. They are a Next Day Blinds product. Was very happy when I learned that Blinds to Go would handle the project. The price was higher than expected but less expensive than getting new shades. The turnaround time was outstanding. I left them at the showroom on a Tuesday and picked them up restrung on Friday. Really great turnaround.

This was so easy.....walk in buy…they install :)
This was so easy.....walk in buy blinds, don't even need to know your measurements. Then put down deposit and some cool guy comes to your house and measures the blinds. Next thing you know same cool guy comes and installs the blinds. Very polite and know there stuff.....more import because of Covid. Came in with mask gloves and foot wraps.

You took in our 'out of warranty blind
You took in our 'out of warranty' blind from our defunct Silver Spring location.
The turn around time was about 3 days.
It came back missing a piece, and the cost of replacing a broken rope - which they couldn't service onsite - was $84 w/tax.
The blind still works - it slipped back into place as easily as it was removed.
