As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Keylaine Walls who gave us a quick explanation of the store and then gave us time to look. Once we knew where we had questions, Keylaine came to help and explain everything we needed to know. I made my choice of blinds and within a short time Keylaine had my order worked up, a date for someone to come to check measurements and we were done.

Great products and great staff. We have used Blinds to Go for over 3 decades and in several homes. They have a great selection and long lasting products.

The representatives were really great and the blinds are great too. The timing and the communications were also great and it was easy doing everything electronically. The only negative is that I thought the total cost of everything was a bit excessive. But overall it was a great transaction.

My sales rep was kind, patient and understood my needs.
She went out of her way to assist me in my order ,nice blinds.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Susan was amazing showing us the solar blinds and explaining the different finishes we can choose from. The gentleman that came to do the measurements was very professional and quick. He answered my questions and explained the next step. Louis came and did the installation and he was amazing. He did it so quickly and I was so happy with the end result. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

Kirk was very helpful to me in making my decision. The man that came to measure was great (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name. I think it began with a "J"). Finally, Mike, the installer was efficient. All 3 gentlemen were respectful, courteous, and professional and I would recommend Blinds to Go to anyone looking to purchase shades or blinds.

Great customer service

I replaced all my shades in my house from Blinds to Go. I did get a good price because it was a bogo sale. They came to measure and install each one. Which I had to pay extra for. I think that should be included. I had them for less than 4 months and one broke. I brought it to the store and they fixed it. I think it should have been replaced. Last month 2 more broke. Again I brought them back and they fixed them. They do not close properly. I think the reason being the strings were fixed. These are pleated shades. I spent over $3000 on them. I hope they do not break again. I open them and close them once a day.I don’t think they should have broken in such a short time of having them.

Had a great service at he Valley stream, NY store this past summer- I was in and out in about 5 minutes- I was there for them to fix my roller blinds which broke (under warranty) the process was easy and straight forward- my info was pulled quickly in the system from years back. hassle free- the way it should always be!!
