He is a professional & had knowledge about the product. Only thing was the timing for booking in measurement & installation. Time frame was from 3-5 pm they are not on time.

I am very pleased with the installation…
I am very pleased with the installation of my blinds and curtains. The installer was professional, courteous, and took the time to steam the curtains after installation to ensure they looked their best. The final result is beautiful, and I truly appreciated the extra care and attention to detail.
I do have one question: this installer steamed the curtains, but the installer who installed the other three curtains in my home did not. Is steaming the curtains after installation part of your standard service, or was this an additional courtesy provided by this installer?
