Salesperson was very helpful. Installation went well and we are very satisfied with the blinds. I did not care for the fact that we had to pay in full before the work was completed, even though we had made a sizeable down payment, but everything went well and the blinds really look good.

Was not told initially that the samples…
Was not told initially that the samples I was looking at would not be an option for my windows until I made half the deposit and the measurements were taken. Also was told that there would not be a gap between the window and the shade and there very much is. Overall very unhappy with the product and will not be recommending it.
