Excellent Customer Service
We have to say, this was not the smoothest experience that we would have had over the years (3 homes) with Blinds to Go. I would assume that this is due to the high volume of orders during COVID-19 and people are doing renovations. I am sure the increase in business has left the company with limited quality control measures in place. There were a number of issues with one of our orders. With that said, resolution was quick and there was no issues with customer service. The manager and staff were very quick to resolve. In my opinion, its all about how things are resolved.

The installation, wasn't the same experience. The installer Adam was late everytime he was scheduled.

This was a great company to deal with for the whole process.
This was a great company to deal with. Prices were competitive. Designer was very knowledgeable and helped me make good decisions on window coverings and the best options for the styles of each window. The Installer was also very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our choices. The window coverings look great. We would highly recommend Blinds to Go, and will be in touch when we decide to cover the other windows in our house.

The night blinds let light in and do…
The night blinds let light in and do not reach the sides of windows, bit upsetting....
One door blind fell off within a day, although the installer repaired a bracket when he came back to install another blind. Incorrect pull cords on initial order....
Phone system sucks, had to keep going back to store to speak to someone, quite annoying.

Our "go-to" option for window coverings
BtG has all the options we will ever need ... in light control, in color, in styles. BtG know window coverings, not merely blinds. We may shop for ideas elsewhere, but we will buy at BtG.
