We ordered shutters and Paul came quite quickly to measure up. By that evening shutter order had been placed and confirmed by email. Paul had given up to 15 weeks lead time which he said was out of his control but if they arrived earlier he would fit immediately, even if it meant coming on a Saturday. This was 'managing customer expectations' with an 'under promise and over deliver' approach... Best approach. Shutters were fitted in our absence, and our son 'house sat' so they could be fitted quickly. Arrived within timescale. Son said there was no mess and fitter polite and professional. Informed a good week before fitting required. Very pleased with fit and had some lovely comments. Given 5 stars as very pleased with finish. Only feedback might be... paper administration after fit might be a bit swifter. But that could be because they're just so busy after all the great reviews. Thank you to Blinds for Less

at first i thought this company was okay. but the more i used their service the more i found they were not.

it went from okay to being told to use a different number which i think the owner was trying to hide communication from his wife.

to the last works which was vinyl flooring in the bathroom and lvt in the kitchen.

they didn't remove the old vinyl and left it half cut underneath the new flooring. they didn't seal properly and in the kitchen they haven't glued the lvt flooring down.

in short i paid a thousand 200 or so for the bathroom and kitchen flooring for it to shortly need to be refloored.

the owner pretends to be friends but when you are autistic and communicate differently.. it shows who the people really are.

i tried to get my living room carpet done after the other flooring and my blinds redone as they warped from heat from the sunlight (means bad quality blinds) and this was in both front rooms so both blinds are warped and buckled.

the owner made multiple excuses and false promises to do the flooring but i think they just tried to get more money every time and just messed me around at the end after i started to question the flooring i had done.

i paid for beading and a proper finish the owner and his workmate did half an job to rush it at the end of the day.

in short if your vulnerable then you are f'd..

i trusted them and they'll probably make a response to make me out to be the wrong one.

all i can write is my own experience.

also told to use his private number not work one and a few other things.

in my gut feeling the owner probably had more ill intentions which i messaged to clarify i have no interest. and i preferred to use the company number but wrong ones will always isolate those they target...

anyway. you will make the choices you do. and yes other reviews may sound great. but most of their customers are probably not in my situation making them less likely to be taken advantage of.

the carpets look great for about a year and even with an quality carpet cleaner they look dull. i had an heated blanket under a rug on the floor to make it warmer. the bedroom carpet the same. but the one in the living room disintegrated from the heat and it was on an low heat with concrete flooring underneath.

i have to replace that carpet and also now pay for more blinds.. they also lasted a short while before they warped.

maybe i was just given bad quality items.

Replied with lies. No, the carpet was damaged because of mild heat. It's pointless trying. You'll bs to make it sound like you're right. So good for you.

I'm leaving the review and my conscience is clear. I wrote the truth as that's the right thing to do.

A review is supposed to be an honest review of the experience not to bloat up your stars to make you feel good.

Customers deserve the truth regardless of your responses.

It's up to them whom they believe.

Like I wrote on my last message to the owner, you got what you wanted and made sure I knew I wasn't welcome for custom anymore by all the excuses and lies.

God knows all and I can only do right in my life. It's in you what you do in yours.

From ordering, to fitting blinds for less have been excellent and speedy.
I love their blinds and have had them fitted through my house, any query’s or orders I’ve made have always been met with a speedy response from Paul. I’ve recommended them to many family and friends.

Just had our conservatory fitted with roller blinds. Excellent service in every way. Very good price, good quality blinds and well fitted. Also less than two weeks from ordering to fitting. Pleasant people to deal with. Would highly recommend, and would not hesitate to use the company again.

I ordered blinds for my house last year and the service was amazing, I was undecide if I wanted them in the kitchen and hall, and I decided last month that I did, it was only 3 small window, they still provided a speedy measuring and fitting service and the blinds where a perfect match to the rest of the house, I would defiantly recommend Blindsforlessyorkshire 😊

Had ordered blinds for moving into my new home , from coming out and quoting to fitting it has been friendly , reliable . Then decided to get more blinds for my bedrooms. Over the moon with them .
