commande caquette couleur jaune a 14e43 mise 5 fois semelles decollees trs decu

Bought three items. Was advised that they would be dispatched as soon as payment was cleared, which it was and items arrived 1 week later. As soon ascidians opened parcel, I saw that the items were not as seen in photos. The dress/jacket was not the colour I had wanted- it was yellow when in the photo it looked like green, the top I could spit peas through it was so flimsy and the other top just looked cheap and nasty. I have tried all means to make a return but to no avail. Has anyone managed to get a label or instructions to return goods? I doubt it.
I’m now going to have to contact my bank to try and get a refund from them but it makes my blood boil having to do this.
I would not touch Blessrose again with a barge pole. Buyer beware and don’t be taken in by the online photos or the prices. I’m older and wiser now. 🦋

I have bought tops and shoes from Blessrose and every top i’ve bought fits really well comfortable to wear. Washes nicely and dies really quick. I am waiting for another 2 tops which i ordered on 30 june ‘21 and have been told they are out for delivery. I bought 2 pair of sandals 1 was black and the other pair was white they also fit really nice and you feel like your walking on air.

TRUFFAAAAA!!!

Te cobran y no te llega pedido.
No responden a los correos que envías.
Vaya un Puto desastre.
No compréis ahí.

EMPRESA ESTAFADORA.

Grazie

Ordered a few days ago. Arrived today. Excellent. Everything fits perfectly.

I ordered 2 plus size tops and 1 dress. They arrived yesterday. I suppose 1 out of 3 isn't bad !. 1 top was supposed to be a gold sequinned top bought mostly because it was a sequinned top. It arrived nothing like the picture not a single sequin just gold material. The dress also plus size is nothing like the picture on the site, Suppose to be like a latticework at the top of the dress no just like a print effect. The only top that did fit and doesn't look too bad was a plain black one with a white dragonfly down the front I suppose they couldn't get that wrong. The sizes on the gold top and dress are not plus size.
