Have invested with Blend on several occasions. The communication from Blend is very good and gives you confidence that you investment is being looked after.
The platform is also easy to use and gives all the info needed to monitor what is going on, forecasts, etc.

Very easy website and ample opportunities to invest. Good updates by email as loans progress and excellent phone support for any queries. As an investor I have had no problems and HMRC seems happy as I self report the gains made.

I’ve tried a few P2P platforms with variable results. Blend are miles ahead of the others in terms of investment results and customer service. No losses, interest paid on the dates specified, any delays always explained in advance, and attentive, friendly customer service. You have to go into the P2P world with your eyes open as returns are rarely as advertised, but Blend has delivered what it promised and massively exceeded my expectations. Sometimes it can take a while to get your funds invested as their loan stream isn’t as large as some of the others (perhaps they are more selective who they do business with, I don’t know?), but they make up for this in terms of performance. But I’ve been delighted with Blend.

A great lending experience! Blend keeps investors updated on the progress of the developments they've invested in and they really keep on top of the borrowers to make sure they are progressing. Very professional and reliable company. They always responded to my concerns immediately and I felt my money was in good hands. Just had the full repayment today. Well done!

Using Blend is a great way for the small investor to invest in the building market. Their app is simple to use, & you are regularly updated.
The only criticism I would make is that the 'Autolend' tool seems a little unfair, as if you change the criteria, you are sent to the back of the queue.
Apart from that Blend Network has given me investments at a good interest rate. Although it is a 'High Risk' investment platform, so far I have had only one problem, & this was not a loss, but a delay in payment.

Been investing in projects with B-lend for a few years and it has been plain sailing, no issues, a reliable team, thats my pension sorted at near 10% it's a no brainer!!!

Easy to use website and very active communication regarding projects in which you're invested. I've been using Blend for several years and feel they are a very trustworthy company.
The only criticism I can think of is that they don't produce a tax statement automatically so you have to just download the transaction history and do it yourself.

As an investor with BLEND, I have received consistently reliable and excellent returns. Each loan is explained in detail prior to investing and I am given regular updates on how construction works are progressing. Excellent and professional organisation.

I have been involved with over 15 loans with BLEND over the last 2 years, and impressed with the regular communications of build updates and how they are managing occasional delays professionally. Platform is easy to use.

Quality platform, loans and communication.

A good investment platform with a decent rate of return, the payments were regular, and care was taken that the loan did not default.

I regularly invest in properties with Blend. This is really only for experienced investors because of the risk but the way Blend manage the properties to which we are providing funds they give me great faith that my money is being well looked after. It’s also great to see the work develop.
