Still waiting for my order 6 going on 7 weeks later!!!
They said 24th Jan but still nothing so they have said they will send another one out but I ain’t waiting again so demanded a refund and now not heard back. Website makes out it’s UK based but it ain’t it’s in USA so I will now have courier charges to pay on top of this.

In a panic I contacted customer service as this company isn’t in the U.K. as stated -
I recieved a response from madison within a few days , however to my suprise the order arrived after 8 days of purchase to West Yorkshire,
Probably faster than the U.K. postal service currently!
So yeah would recommend and will order again

Have ordered from this company a few times now. Prompt delivery and fantastic products. Had been dubious reading some of the reviews previously however have had postitive experiences with this company. 5 stars all round.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered and paid..2 weeks and only a confirmation number..and the promise of delivery date...so far nothing...repeated mails but no response

I'm still waiting for my products, I've had to open a dispute with PayPal. I've also emailed them a number of times and I've been completely ignored.

Yes it takes a while as the product comes directly from the US, they should tell you that. BUT..... My goodness after just one 30 minute session I could see a dramatic difference.
This product works. No doubt about it. Its worth waiting for.

It is certainly a scam. I ordered one as a test and it showing as delivered to California although I am in UK. Total nonsense. . I have emailed and have no reply. How can this company still be trading. Awful. Surely a blatant fraud. I'm contacting
my bank next

I’m both frustrated that I did not check reviews before purchasing, and that the website is STILL up and running, despite the issues that been raised consistently over the past months.

it’s a SCAM u never get ur stuff it’s USA based even tho it’s a.co.uk web site it’s got a yahoo email not a business one and it’s got no address no phone been had over £45 but I learn next time DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Bought poladay cp and got a weird knock off, a syringe that wasn't even sealed. Aldo the sell from a co.uk website and charge you in pounds but ship from US. Stay away.

Fast delivery and fantastic customer services, definitely a trusted seller!

Outstanding product I’ve used others but there not a touch on this 35% whitening product.
Delivery took a while but product arrived in to the U.K. quick the time delay was from London post office to Manchester post office.

I contacted the company a few times and I had outstanding customer service from Madison and we exchanged a few emails. She was really helpful and I could tell she cared and asked me to contact her when the product arrived which I did.

Amazing product and amazing customer service I ordered just 4 syringes I’m just about to order another 8.

My dentist wanted to charge me £250 for an at home treatment of 10 syringes no where near as strong as these.

I can highly recommend this company.

Product received (35%CP) and works highly effectively - more than happy with this , especially in view of the very reasonable costs(promo code used,too) .
It takes a while to arrive , but just factor it in to being part and parcel of this particular transaction and wait - all in all , it really wasn't long .
(Delay for me was between uk arrival and delivery , not the journey out of the States, anyway).
Will definitely use them again without hesitation .

Prior to my last review, my order has finally arrived! Products are exactly was I ordered, good price, but took foreverrrr to come. If you’re prepared to wait then by all means order from here:)

Firstly this is a US company so be prepared to wait a couple of months for the goods to arrive.
Secondly the USPS tracking method is floored as updates don't seem to happen outside the USA.

I have received my goods but it did take about 10 weeks and a couple of chase emails to find out where the goods actually were on the planet.

The goods are authentic and exactly what I ordered and expected. Just wish we could get these from someone in the UK or sent via a better global courier rather than the Postal service.
