Misleading to think they are in the uk, but arrived and good communication during this crisis

Ordered april 28th and they just arrived to me in the uk today (23/05), with everything going on at the moment regarding coronavirus i’m not at all shocked at the amount of time the delivery took as the items were being shipped from LA, the amount of product you get is DEFINITELY worth the money you spend

SCAM, like most of the reviews here i too have been scammed. Ordered early April 2020 and still waiting although its almost the end of May. I have emailed and am yet to receive a reply. Off to the credit card company to get my money back. Congratulations if your one of the lucky ones.

I ordered refills from this company on 15/04/20 and to date still awaiting delivery. I was given delivery dates of 30th April and then 7th May. The order still hasn't arrived. I have since written to cancel the order and request a refund.
If they fail to give a refund (as I suspect), I will need to contact the credit card company for them to pursue it on my behalf.
I feel from reading the reviews that they honour some orders and not others so be warned do not deal with this company.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

Yes the impression given is of an EU business, and the products actually ship from California. Having said that, when my order failed to arrive, they answered my emails and eventually shipped another order FOC - that DID arrive. Kudos! Madison always answered my emails, yes we did wait to see if it would turn up. When it didn't, she fixed it with another order.
This all took a while – it was during COVID lockdown. Make of all this what you will, but they seem ok. Just don't expect fast EU delivery.

Scam, ordered 9th April and still nothing by 12th May, they answer by saying your shipment is on it's way! When!!!!!

This company is a scam!
I ordered from them on the 2nd of April, tracked my item until 10th April and then nothing... it never arrived. I informed the company of this and they said they would ship out another parcel and I would receive by 5th of May - I still haven’t received either parcel! I emailed the company asking for a refund and am yet to have a response!! I have opened a case with PayPal to hopefully get my money back but it’s not looking hopeful! £40 down the drain - Please Avoid this company! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering because I would’ve stayed well away!!! It’s a scam.

i ordered 8 trays on the 28th march, the item never arrived so i requested a refund as to which i was told would happen in 5-7 working days, this has also passed and i have no refund or product, the customer service has been terrible and i am now wondering as to wether i will get my refund!!! The time we are in where i am bringing in no wage and low on cash for them to not issue refunds is appalling, terrible company, AVOID!

I order teeth whitening refills as advised by my Dentist as the refills were competatively priced. My order was place just prior to the COVID-19 close down so there was a delay in receiving the order. I emailed twice and was replied to immediately. I was offered a full refund based on if the order turned up I re-paid. My order has now arrived and the posting date corresponds with my initial order in March. Even though my order was delayed due to extraodinary circumstances this company is clearly fair and customer focus. I would order again from them.

This internet business is all about cheating the clients. First of all, despite giving the impression that it is a company located in the EU, the "shipments" (if any) will come from the USA. After having had waited 10 days without receiving any shipment information I contacted the company. They answered that the goods had been sent, but couldn't provide any kind of shipping information, tracking number, name of forwarder or anything else.

When I asked to cancel the order and issue a refund, the said that I had to ask for a refund - which obviously was what I was doing - and provide information about payment method, card number, my name, address, amount and why I was asking for a refund!!!!! They just try to stall any refund and never intend to send you any goods neither. A complaint form was sent to my credit card issuer, who has refunded me the amount drawn on my card.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

I initially thought this was a scam. The tracking information they gave me was incorrect and product showed up 3 days after they confirmed delivery with me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! After an exchange of emails (Madison/Kate - allessentials) and an assurance that my order had been reshipped, I still have no goods. No response to a message via the Bleach Refills website and no-one answers the 0808 number on the site.

Have had a bit of an email table tennis with the company but they'r lack of acknowledgement to anything your saying is quite frightening.

For example.
They've told me 2 times now that they have re-shipped my items and only today have now asked if they can re-ship for a 3rd time.

Offered me a refund by saying they would open a claim with paypal.....I don't have paypal and paid with debit card.....But to make matters more laughable they have just emailed today and said the claim they opened with paypal has been rejected so no refund.

Dealt with madison and Kirsten.....However i'd say it's the one person using alias names.
Do not use this company

i'm not even p*ssed off at the money i've now lost doing this i'm more annoyed at the emails they've sent back each time - i'd literally be aswel just emailing myself.

GET YOUR WHITENING GELS ELSEWHERE, ATLEAST YOU MAY ACTUALLY HAVE SOMETHING THAT ARRIVES FOR THE MONEY YOU SPEND.

Contacted company they informed me, another had been posted.
No tracking information sent.
Contacted the company was advised a refund will be sent.
Didn’t receive- was advised they would contact PayPal... I didn’t pay via PayPal.
Haven’t revived my refund.

I don't normally write reviews, but felt it necessary on this occasion. I ordered some bleach kits from this company. I normally receive an email from whoever I've ordered from online regarding delivery and despatch. After a week I began to be a bit worried so I checked the reviews online. I was worried to see so many negative reviews and began to wonder if I had been scammed. So I emailed them via PayPal with my concerns and expected not to hear back.
To my embarrassment the whitening gels arrived the next day, as did an email from Madison saying they had indeed been posted.
I have since messaged them with my apology for believing everything I read online. The products look perfect and not fake and I had good communication.

Ordered from the company before reading the reviews, after then reading the reviews I was a bit wary as there is lots of mixed reviews and a lot of people saying they haven’t received their order at all. I placed an order last Tuesday evening about 5:30 and got my Parcel early this morning. (So only 6 days including weekend) Have had several updates on my order over the past week and I’m very happy with how fast the order arrived since it was sent from the us and I’m in the uk. Still yet to try the product out will write another review after doing so.

There must be two ‘bleach refills’ because it’s either the best company to have ever existed, or the worst.

Sadly, my experience so far has been negative.

Took my money three weeks ago, don’t respond to emails, the phone number always goes to an automated ‘we are away’ message and my product has been sat in the same place for ages (if you believe the order tracker)

Even if the product arrives, I won’t be using again.

I didn’t check reviews before ordering. Ordered on a Sunday and chased for a shipping update three days later. Prompt reply with tracking details. Goods arrived 8 days after ordering. Would order again from these people, so not sure about any negative posts.

This is my second time ordering with this company and I have no complaints. I did worry slightly as I did not get a shipping notification, but I emailed and received a prompt reply to say that my order was on its way. My opalescence arrived in 7 days to the UK. Don't believe all the negative reviews!

I see many bad reviews on here and I have to admit I was concerned...but I ordered mine on the 26th January and they arrived on the 31st (I am based in the uk). I am yet to try the whitening yet but I will post another review once complete.
