Blazzing Fire Anmeldelser

Our second purchase from Blazzing Fire. They have terrific customer service. Will buy from them again.

Excellent sales personnel ,buy 3 fireplaces and pick up next day

Their prices are great, free shipping and no sales tax. The unit arrived six days after ordering it. The electric fireplace works well.

When my package arrived, the bad of fireplace sand had been ruptured. According to customer service I will be getting a replacement bag. Happy camper here

Overall experience was wonderful! The price I paid for my electric fireplace was the lowest I found on the internet. Blazzing Fire let me know when my order shipped (which was pretty quick) and the freight service they use was also top notch. I highly recommend Blazzing Fire if you are looking for a fireplace. They will always be my go-to company.

I had never ordered from Blazzing fire before. When I searched ash caddies on Google for my fireplace, They had the best price. I read the reviews and they were a 4.7 with great reviews. I ordered Monday afternoon and it arrived on Wednesday with FREE SHIPPING. There was a handwritten note inside which was a really customer friendly touch. I will buy anything for the BBQ season, as well as for the fireplace season from Blazzing Fire. You will not be disappointed!

Had an issue but they made it right. My first time shopping with them. Item arrived and was wobbly and had some scratches on it. They sent me a new one and didn't even ask me to try to pack up and return the damaged one. It was all taken care of in about a week. I'd shop here again.

This package was fast and as stated. The lantern was packed well and the craftsmanship is incomparable. Would craftsmanship is incomparable and would definitely buy again.

Ordering was easy. Arrived when it was supposed to. Past that I have not opened it yet.

Everything shipped in a timely manner. Well packaged. Assembly was easy. Beautiful sight once it was lit.

It was easy to order, everything came well packaged and even when I called with a question, they were knowledgeable and pleasant. If I decide to change out my ceramic logs for a different set, I’ll definitely order from Blazzing Fire again.! And I love the free shipping!🎉

Excellent product and world class service!

The only reason I scored two stars was because the fire place vented logs I bought are on backorder and never was advertised as above until I bought them. False advertising

Super easy buying experience. Product shipped very quickly.

Blazing Fire had the best price and shipping was fast! Thanks!

Csr Michelle resolved my quality issues with my Timber Elite patio heater. Completely satisfied with the product and customer service provided.

My original ash dump that was installed with the house had rusted out, and needed a replacement FAST during the cold weather season. Found it on this site!! Shipping was fast and free (another site wanted to charge $60 shipping for the same product!!!) and it fits perfectly.

Item exactly as described. Best price I could find by far. Fast shipping.

Hi, the customer had difficulty finding a product which is an add-on feature. Regarding the product I had purchased. product in reference was not in the website. Sales person looked it up, matched it for me to the product that I purchased. And called me to verify allowing me to purchase product either by email. Or phone. Product purchase will be arriving in the next two days. Comforting to know I can put everything together and I’ll have to worry about missing parts. Thank you.
