Very helpful informative staff. Quick postage and ring was sized for me. Very happy customer

I ordered a ring as a gift from this company. I read the reviews and decided that they seemed trustworthy. The ring arrived today, exactly as described and probably nicer than the online image. Delivery was super fast. I am delighted with my purchase and will very likely order again in the future.

Great service from Blackwell Jewellers. The item I originally ordered was out of stock and had been still showing online as a stocking issue however they quickly arranged a suitable alternative and dispatched it promptly. Very pleased with the communication and efficiency. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I am delighted with the ring I bought and gift received. Delivery didn’t take long at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.

Absolutely stunning pieces at a generous price point compared to others. I’d been looking for a more traditional clown pendant for a long time and this was exactly it! Quality of the item was second to none for a second hand piece, it’s like new!! Delivery super fast and included a free gift which was a lovely touch. Will be back for any other bits and love nothing more than the unique pieces they have here. Thank you!

This was the best experience I ever had buying jewellery, next day special delivery before 1pm which was excellent. The ring I bought I am really happy with and the price was very reasonable considering gold prices today, I couldn’t find a ring at this price anywhere and also came well presented in a nice jewellery box, also adjusted to your specific ring size before dispatching. I will definitely use Blackwell jewellers again in the near future because they are a very professional jewellers, well deserved 5 stars from me.

Second time of dealing with this company and I love them. Great customer service and very fair pricing on jewellery repairs.

Amazing communication before and during my purchase.
Item ordered is far more beautiful than pictures allowed.
Will be recommending and won't hesitate to use in the future! Amazing gem of a business.

After reading a number of glowing reviews earlier this year, I decided to visit Blackwell Jewellers for some jewellery repairs—and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. Since that first visit, I’ve brought in multiple items belonging to both myself and my wife, and every experience has been nothing short of excellent.

Most recently, my wife unfortunately lost a diamond from her eternity ring, a piece that holds great sentimental value. I took it straight to Blackwell’s, knowing from previous experience that it would be in safe hands. They didn’t disappoint. The replacement was seamless—the diamond matched beautifully, and the ring looked exactly as it did when we first purchased it, if not better.

What really stood out to me was the genuine pride they take in their work. From the moment you walk through the door, you're treated with professionalism and care. You get the feeling that they treat each piece of jewellery as if it were their own. The craftsmanship is of the highest standard, and it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do.

I now completely trust Blackwell Jewellers with anything to do with our jewellery. Whether it’s a simple repair or something more intricate, I know it will be handled with expertise, honesty, and respect. It’s rare to find a company that combines such skill with outstanding customer service.

Highly recommended, and I’ll continue to use them without hesitation.

I ordered a custom nameplate for my husband from Blackwell Jewellers, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result. The quality is stunning, and it made such a special and personal gift.
What really stood out was the service—James does exactly what he says. He was honest, professional, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. It's rare to find someone so reliable in this industry, and that gave me real peace of mind.
Blackwell Jewellers is a very trusted company, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future gifts. Highly recommended to anyone looking for beautiful jewellery and honest service.

Excellent courteous staff, Excellent service, great prices, wonderful after care. I go here for all my services, repairs and purchases Great prices across everything, exceptional craftsmanship, Quick and efficient repairs

i would be extremely cautious about buying gold online from this store. After placing an order for nearly £2000 and not recieving it the owner james has refused to refund my money despite the evidence proving my item was not delivered to me under a special delivery. james understands he is breaking the law but has now gone on to engore my emails after he has attempted to use every excuse without reason not to give me my money. I have had to go through my bank for a charge back and will attempt to claim damages from blackwells.

Theresa and Sarah at the Gravesend store were absolutely professional, friendly and understanding and made me feel very comfortable. My auntie left me some jewellery and Theresa was very understanding and sympathetic and I decided to sell it as I don't wear gold I've never done anything like that before and I ended purchasing a stunning tresor large pendant and matching earrings from the proceeds from my auntie jewellery. Amazing place to go to. Definitely recommend to friends.
