Thank you for excellent service, doing the hard work for us.

So far Black Sheep have been efficient and responsive in managing the transfer of our account between electricity providers. We have a few more issues to resolve and i hope the service continues.

Poor information, misquoted prices and the contract was not placed despite Black Sheep insisting it was. Have switched broker and will not use them again

Ellie helped me with an issue in minutes that I had been having with British Gas for months!

Charlotte, has very pushy tactics, to the point of being a verbal steamroller! We are an existing customer but probably won't be for much longer!
The more you try to rail-road people by pushing and pushing and PUSHING, the more you get their backs up!
The company will be looking elsewhere very shortly.

And you wonder why we took our business elsewhere!!

I've found my proof - Louise at Black Sheep replied 11/05/21 at 11:40, to which the reply was "we have listened to this and will be providing further training to ensure that this doesn't happen again. We will also ensure the (your spelling mistake) Charlotte is no longer your point of contact" AND NOW you want to take this down as not being valid !

Black Sheep Utilities contacted me re the renewal of our electricity contracts due later in the year. i had completed the form giving them permission to act on my behalf. It all went very smoothly and as a result we have signed with our energy company for a further to years.

I left the review on 4 March when Ellie had given excellent advice to deal with difficult ex supplier. I followed her advice and it was finally resolved in my favour!
