Outstanding service and beautiful clothing. Ordered a Van Gogh inspired maxi dress which took less than a week to come to Scotland from Australia. Followed the sizing info on their site and it fits perfectly. I love this dress and get so many positive comments from people when I wear it. Will definitely buy from you again.

Bought some cute pieces on sale. Prints are cute and they have good collabs, but sometimes the fabric can be a bit thin. Decent delivery, about a week or two.

Design looks good but sizes are mostly for tall women, especially for pants. I'm 163cm tall and the cargo pants I got is way too long for me, which is 80cm inseam. 74cm inseam might do but not 80cm. It looks baggy because of the length but I love the fit so didn't return them as I planned to have it altered. But apparently altering it doesn't change the fact that the longest part of it is the thigh area where the pockets are. So it is quite challenging to alter from that part (shorten it) and expensive too. I had to buy nice 2 pairs of cargo pants from Marks & Spencer as they got different sizes depending on the person's height: petite, regular & long. It's good quality as well but less expensive.

Over 100 size large leggings from black milk and all fit fine with minimal variation in size... Now the last three pairs are massive baggy rubbish.. Can't be trusted to fit.. Such a shame.. I've messaged black milk with my concern.. What was a safe bet of excellent quality is now as others have said no better than Ali express junk.. SHAME ON BLACK MILK SELLING OUT... SOLD OUT I SAY...

I’ve been a loyal long term customer but not anymore… I’ve received a dress that is meant to be a size small and it measures out to be a size xxs. I’ve looked in the BM discussion page and so many people who have had the same sizing issues with these dresses each one they buy is never the same size I’m honestly too scared to contact them for support as they were rude and sarcastic to my friend and trying to blame her for her issues

Do I even get started on how much the quality of the clothing has reduced…. It’s now at the standards of Ali express or wish.

If you’re going to purchase from this company be prepared to waste your money

They also try and get you to wash their garments which already came damaged; which means you can no longer get a refund after you wash it.

I've got so much to say, so many bad experiences that I could share but I'll keep it short for now. I've received items with poor sewing, blood stains in the stitching and a dried blood mark on one item. Poor stitching on other items, colour fades despite following their instructions. Sent me a pair of shorts once that were supposed to be an 8 but were actually a 10, labelled as an 8. They expect you to pay for returns, won't give refunds or partial refunds, and will only ever give store credit so you can waste more of your money on polyester made in China.

This company has fallen greatly from the position it had in the early days, where paying 100$ for nylon was acceptable and worth the quality.

They once had a tag line that was "give me nylon or death", well we all know what we've got now....

I love BlackMilk and I've always bought stuff from drops but after a second recent terrible experience I'm really done. First of all I purchased a coat from them which was LUDICROUSLY oversized, my 6'6 boyfriend could fit into it and I am 5' and a size 8/10... the shoulders sat over halfway down my upper arms. When I messaged them they were really unhelpful/snippy saying the coat was "purposely oversized" and implying I'd misread the sizing charts - I was actually quite upset as they'd originally advised me to size UP for "comfort" (thankfully I didn't listen and sized down - can only imagine I'd have received a parachute otherwise). Since I live in the UK I got the coat tailored as it was cheaper than returning it and the tailor was laughing her ass off when I tried it on and saying it looked more like an XXXL... she could only tweak it so it is still extremely long on me and wide in the arms, unfortunately.

Not to be deterred, I just purchased a pair of leggings from them (I already own a few older pairs in size S and they fit perfectly). But for some reason, I can barely breathe?! They are TINY. They dig right in and the fabric looks horribly stretched, so the black looks a weak grey. I'm so unbelievably disappointed as I'm not rolling in cash and this is the second poorly sized product I've received (I was so convinced I was imagining it/had gained some secret weight I tried all my size S clothes on again and yes, they all fit with some room to spare).

I don't write reviews often but it's crushing when you find a brand with fab prints and (in the past) flattering fit and then it all goes out the window... Just so let down.

I bought an expensive pair of plaid cargo pants thinking they had to be good as they were expensive. Sadly after only one wash, the dye fell off where it had creased in the wash. I was left with weird white lines many places and they are permanent. I tried to talk to customer service about the issue but they refused to help or take any responsibility even as I sent many photos with evidence. I will not shop here again and I reccomend anyone else to stay away. The clothes are not nearly worth the price.

The photos make the clothing look great. I spent a lot of money buying from "The Witcher" collection, only to find when it arrived that every piece was that horrible synthetic, shiny, cheap material. It's a joke that the material is described as "crazy comfy," I would never have bought it if I had touched it in a shop. It's a non breathable irritant that will wreak havoc on sensitive skin. It is white on the inside. Even the one pair of pants I got are a write off, all fleecy inside?? I'm embarrassed I was so excited about my purchase.. what a waste of money.

somewhat expensive but the quality is still mostly good i guess, though not what it was a few years ago. international shipping is pretty reasonable, so all good.

I expected getting better quality, but clothes were just like cheapest Wish -quality: slippery swimsuit material and poor prints. My worst spent 200 euros.

im a little bigger than a blackmilk xl but it fits....just tight fit so i was really excited when the new stuff came out in xxl but australia post lost my 2 dresses $240 worth right after pickup (i was in the same city it was dispatched from). although their policy was that its not their issue after dispatch they did find and organize replacements for both dresses. when i informed them id repurchased one of those dresses in the meantime for fear it might sell out and id rather pay for it twice than not have it at all they gave me store credit for the second one so i got both in the end and store credit for the extra one id bought. really great service and i wish id reviewed sooner im just not a big reviewer

Very expensive jacket, absolute despicable quality (I wore it like 2 times before it unexpectedly ended up torn up (was forced by the bot not to use more accurate language depicting my disappointment)). Would never buy anything from that brand again.

I have been a long time fan of black milk but last 2 launches both my mum and I purchased dresses that were so sheer and thin. The quality has drastically dropped and I could get fabric this cheap feeling from WISH.COM That's how disappointing the quality has dropped. Not worth the $120 I paid for my Christmas dress. Feels like they have found a cheaper manufacturer overseas to increase profits where as us customers are losing out big time.

Quality has really gone downhill in recent years

Schneller Versand. Ich habe zwei Playsuits gekauft für ursprünglich 122,22€ und dann nach 10% Abzug 110€. Heute kam es an und konnte den Zoll von 27€ bezahlen (20€ Zoll+6€ Auslagepauschale) direkt beim DHL Paketboten. Die 6€ Pauschale kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

I used to love your products, Ive been buying them for years and years, last few purchases, fabrics are so thin it is ridiculous , Im not keen to fork out any more $ on stuff which just feels cheap thin and nasty - pity as your prints are great designs

I’ll say this, for years I’ve been a fan of some of the designs included in collections Blackmilk come out with. However, recently I’d been looking for some decent work wear. I haven’t got work at the moment, but I’ve been getting interviews and need pants that aren’t my ones I’ve had for 10 years. Ones that are both comfortable and last more than a month. I’ve admittedly bought a fair amount of leggings and a few dresses from Blackmilk because I’d seen so many rave about “the next drops”. I know that a lot of the pieces are relatively comfortable when it comes to gym wear. Except, when I’ve bought tops, they’re usually rather floaty without it being part of the design. I recently had to get rid of a sleeveless button down top because the buttons kept coming away from their places. As well as the sizing seemingly being lower and smaller than suggested. I wear it and size appropriately but then when I get my packages, they’re too tight around the shoulders and chest. I’m aware the models are mostly ladies smaller chested and few and far in between are there curvier ladies fashioning the items now. That’s all well and good, I’m concerned that even though pieces have been raves about and look good on the website, the pants and other items are very loud when you walk around in them, the fabric is relatively not as comfortable as promised. I don’t know if I’d willingly buy from here again, unfortunately. I’ve gone from fan to disappointed. Please either bring on more comfortable work wear that won’t make us sound like paper bags or lose more customers because of cheaper options. I worry also about the polyester stuff being particularly worse in the the process of making. A lot of the pieces I have are velvety or polyester type. I’ve had to give a fair few away now because they fall apart if you wear them often enough, but even without doing much. I’d have blouses unbutton or buttons pop off while in transit to University or even dinners at restaurants. I should’ve gone with my gut most of those times and worn something else.

The quality is not what i was expecting. My fault for not reading the material but my overalls are plastic and feel very cheap. They still do look cute so ill give them that.
Make sure to wash anything you buy first, my overalls smelled like animal pee. Maybe it was a chemical protectant but they reeked like urine when I opened the package.
Would not order from this store again. Not worth it.

I ordered a mermaid dress size XL. I have 4 other XL dresses in the exact same size. I love them they fit great! But this new dress I ordered is marked a size XL but fits so small. So I compared it to a friends dress that she happened to have that’s the exact same style in a large. My lx is the exact same size as her large. So my guess was my lx was sized wrong. So I emailed customer service and was greatly disappointed. So black milk is claiming they sized the lx down to a large to make the top more fitted?!?! Why the heck would they do that. So I checked their sizing on their website and my dress is smaller then the lx measurements but their still claiming it’s the correct size. So frustrating, I’m going to have to open a dispute with my PayPal account. Update, I opened a PayPal claim. Their only response was to email their customer service, so I did and again they said the XL was sized down. So I went a head and escalated my PayPal claim so it’s in PayPals hands now. I’m more mad about them sizing down the XL if they really have done that, I have noticed they now have a XXL size which is kinda horrible for us curvy girls out there, I’m not that big and now I’m having to by an XXL?!?! Their original XL was perfect. I don’t get it!
