Ahhh thank you so much for your review! We're so happy to hear that you were pleased with the quality and that Express delivery arrived in the blink of an eye! We're surprised to hear that your item arrived without tags or packaging, as that's definitely not what we'd expect. All of our garments are swing tagged, bagged and labelled before they leave us.
One little thing that can sometimes catch people out is that, at BlackMilk, our swing tags are usually attached to the bottom of the garment rather than the neckline (a little different to most brands!). That said, from your description, it sounds like something may not have gone to plan this time.
We'd really love to look into this for you! Please feel free to email us at hello@blackmilkclothing.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of how your order arrived. We'll investigate what happened and do our best to make things right.

Tous nos vêtements sont normalement emballés et étiquetés avant leur expédition.
Petit détail qui peut parfois prêter à confusion : chez BlackMilk, nos étiquettes sont généralement attachées au bas du vêtement plutôt qu'au col (un peu différent de la plupart des marques !). Mais d'après votre description, il semble que quelque chose ne se soit pas passé comme prévu cette fois-ci. Nous aimerions vraiment examiner cela avec vous ! An Amazing Aussie Fashion Brand
Never had an issue with any of my orders, Always fast to respond to queries & the quality of the products is top of the line, they are comfy and you look & feel like a million bucks.. I always get compliments when I'm wearing my BM leggings or people ask me if they are from BlackMilk & it starts up a random conversation with a stranger.. I think everyone has so much respect for the brand and their product lines that really do make people excited & proud to talk about their collections and what kind of style of garment they are obsessed with and how they somehow universally look great on any body type.. you know what you are paying for in that kind of design quality, its stunning

I’ve just recently discovered Blackmilk…
I’ve just recently discovered Blackmilk and within two weeks I have made 6 orders! They have great quality clothing, with a good size range and size charts are accurate. Their customer service is amazing too, they are all over social media and reply very fast to the two questions I have sent them by email. If you think the clothes are cute, then you definitely need to give them a try!

Brilliant company worth supporting!
I've been wearing Black Milk fashions for years and order regularly. I'm hooked on the comfortable clothing and fabulous limit edition licensed prints that actually credit the artists.
The customer service is also amazing . It's so rare nowadays to be able to talk to real kind normal people instead of some horrible bot. Returns are easy (although super rare) and they also react to feedback super fast. I asked for more plus sized models and the next collection out had them.

This was a shop I loved buying from when they first opened. The dresses I recently bought were a huge disappointment. These clothes are nothing more than cheap polyester trash manufactured in China. A basic polyester elastane skater dress priced at 50+ bucks is laughable.

We hear you on the polyester comment, but it's worth noting not all polyester is created equal. Ours is graded and finished specifically to hold its shape and last, not the cheap stuff it sometimes gets lumped in with. That said, we totally get that some of our intentionally lighter weight options are not the feel or look you expected, and so we'd be happy to look into a return for you.

Blackmilk and I have celebrated our 10 year relationship by finally taking the leap merging all my accounts into one super account… no more what email did I use and trying to guess passwords!!! The link with a code to my email was genius *Chef Kisses*
From market stalls to quick ten minute breaks at work, blackmilk and I have shopped everywhere! Thanks to Emily we finally have some order and my OCD is so happy to have 1 account actually collecting points, I am going to celebrate by ordering now my 4th cart for the week!

My favourite retailer. Quality in my vibe!
I came for the licensed products but I love other items as well, especially the eye attire, cat stuff, and mage/witch themes. This place has the perfect vibe and I couldn't be happier. My two Final Fantasy XIV dresses (job icons + map) are actually my favourite outfits ever. They're high quality and beautiful, and I get compliments from people who don't even know what a job icon is. The customer service is top notch and I feel like this shop is all about getting people high quality clothes in the themes we REALLY love.

The Lore of Lorelei & the Discount Code…
I had questions regarding my discount code. Was the spend in AUD or USD? (A-AUD) and Can I use the code on the day it expires or is that the date that it has to be used prior? (A:still good for use on the day it expires. Day after is no bueno.)Lorelei answered everything super fast and checked in the following day to make sure all went well on my end. So sigma 10/10

Fun and Unique Printed Fashion
Fun and unique fashion that may not be everyone's taste but when you find something that fits your vibe it's perfect.
A lot of it is custom printed so I think people need to just keep that in mind and curb their expectations. It's not like printing on paper.
I've done both returns and order cancelations, both with great customer service. Returns do count for store credit only, so mind that.
I love that they feature artists in their collections! <3
I very much look forward to shopping again soon when I can afford it.

Above standra amazing service
Super amazing service. 100000% recommend. Ordered a dress from Black Milk for for first time not realizing it was shipping to the US from Austrailia and I needed the dress for a wedding very soon. I reached out to customer service and within minutes Renee responded that she understood the urgency and would let the warehouse know to process the order ASAP. They got it in the mail the next day and it arrived at my doors step on the East Cost of the US with 3 days to spare. So so thankful! I couldnt be more happy. My dress traveled half way around the world in time for me to sparkle in it
