Very responsive service
When ordering I made a mistake and chose the wrong colour for my item. The customer service rep was very quick to respond and fix my mistake for me. Shipping was as expected and the package was well packed. The item was exactly as shown in the photos on the webpage.

The order took many weeks
The order took many weeks. I was told over three times it would ship and then I was told (after it already taking two weeks) that they couldn’t send me the Canadian made shirt that it would have to come from Mexico. After about a month I got it… quality wasn’t the same as other shirts I’d ordered from them and the only discount was they took off the difference between the Canadian made vs Mexican. While they readily responded to communications their responses were incorrect and full of excuses.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. Shipping orders to the US became more complicated due to the new tariff requirements on Made in Canada apparel, which unfortunately added delays while we worked through the available options for your order. We appreciate your patience while we worked to get your order to you.
We’re also sorry to hear that the shirt did not meet your expectations in terms of quality. We appreciate you sharing your feedback, as it helps us identify where we can improve.

T-shirt I ordered is great
T-shirt I ordered is great and delivery was pretty fast, I think! Your shipping/delivery tracking doesn’t work. I don’t know how long my parcel was sitting in my mailbox before I finally checked today.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with your t-shirt and that it arrived fairly quickly. As this was a single t-shirt, it was shipped using Canada Post Lettermail, which is noted on our website. Lettermail shipments do not include tracking, so tracking updates aren’t available for these orders.
We appreciate your feedback and your support!

Not made in Canada
I was disappointed to see that the shirt was made in Mexico as it implied that it was made in Canada

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We’d like to clarify the distinction between our shirt options. The “Made in Canada” option available is made by our team in Montreal on a blank that is made in Toronto. The other options that don’t have “Made in Canada” in the style are made by our team in Montreal on blanks that are imported, mostly from Mexico for the T-shirts and Bangladesh for the hoodies and sweatshirts.
We hope this helps clarify the difference between the options.
