It was expensive but I received a quality hoodie with a good zipper and well made pockets. Didn't expect such quality based on similar companies I've dealt with, I'm very satisfied.

Delayed delivery
The quality of the product was excellent however there was a significant delay in receiving the order from the date the order was placed. I had ordered multiple items and the full order was delayed. It was difficult to get an ETA as I had reached out several times and there was no specific date provided. It was a moving target. The customer service people I dealt with were extremely polite and understanding but didn’t have any concrete information for the updated delivery

We normally ship orders shortly after they’re placed, but occasionally unexpected circumstances can result in a longer processing time than usual. We’re sorry your order was one of those exceptions and that we kept you waiting.
