This (DaVinci Resolve 18 Studio) is a great application to use during your movie creations. Sure - it is hard to learn but the fruits you yield when you have is astounding.

I recently had a problem, where I couldn't locate my invoice, I asked about it and it got solved within the day.

Thank you very much and Janina and Sara that works in their Accounts EMEA-section was very patient with me. It got located and now everything is fine. Thank you very much, because it isn't "just" a great program - it seems to employ amazingly helpful people as well.

I imagine this a great app, but the only problem is that whenever I try to open DaVinci Resolve 18 (Free), It would not open what-so-ever. (THE ISSUE IS FIXED BTW!!)

Davinci Resolve is a fantastically amazing piece of software! Using it for over 4 years now.

The HDMI-in port on my BM Video Assist 5" HDR monitor didn't work correctly, they repaired it totally for free. Now it works perfectly again.

Had a great experience with their support over phone. Very nice and helpful, unlike some "help yourself" companies. I use Davinci Resolve Studio for years now and never had any issues, neither on PC nor on my notebook. In my opinion the best editing software out there and I am glad they have a good support as well.

16 May: Purchased Davinci Resolve via PayPal $295

16 May: Emailed BM advising I had not received the activation code.

18 May: Reply from Yasim Little at BM saying he had forwarded my complaint to the support team who would be in touch shortly.

20 May (today): I have not heard nothing from the company other than the above.

Subsequently, my complaint to PayPal Resolution Center was denied, something I apparently would not have known about had I not checked the website.

Case was closed in favor of the seller who had provided, quote-unquote, "valid proof of delivery."

None of this make any sense. I paid nearly $300 for software which I did not receive and would have no way of activating even it I had.

Terrible disrespect for a paying customer.

I have an ATEM MINI PRO that has a failed HDMI OUT port. I contacted them to see if anyone could repair it. They gave me an RMA and had me send it to them. They returned the unit to me 15 days later with ZERO communication and no repairs done. It's like they did not even look at the unit. The product is a decent product that meets my needs but support is nonexistent. Think of the ATEM's as disposable.

Horrible customer service, camera was bricked right after a firmware update and then sent it in for repair. $635 later they said it was a bad PCB and when asked what happened they said they don't know as they don't actually test the faulty part they just "attempt to narrow down what part might be faulty" (which makes me think they just keep trying parts until it starts working instead of looking for the actual root cause, meaning some other component could be the cause and it can fry the PCB all over again). They also tried to tell me that it happening after the firmware update is just coincidental (even though firmware can control power distribution and could have fried the board), but how could they know it was coincidental if they don't even test the board. When I get the repaired camera back I'm just going to sell it and never touch or recommend their products again.

this isn't a review of how trusty it is or something, it's about the software itself
it is the laggiest junk ever, i feel like cyberpunk 2077 would run better on a computer from like 2005, my pc cost 2k dollars from around 2020.
it's confusing, full of bugs, it's impacting how much time i'm putting into making my videos by a mile.
fix your stuff, then call yourself a video editing software company whatever whatever.
i'd rather use the trademarked filmora garbage than this.
i can't use slurs here, but if i would be able to i'd be a kid on xbox 360 after losing a cod game or something

Hier geht es um das Programm DaVinci Resolve.
Und was doof ist, ist das nachdem man alle daten angegeben hat und nur Land und Stadt fehlt, man KEINE LÄNDER auswählen kann und so sich das Programm gar nicht erst runter laden kann! Das einzige was dort steht ist "Wählen sie ihr Land". JA DAS WÜRDE ICH GERNE TUN, DU EBAY SHERLOCK!
Ich wäre hier noch viel ausfallender wenn Trustpilot das nicht verhindern würde!

I own a BMPCC 4K which was a game-changing addition as a beginner in filming. It took time to learn all the ropes but I came out a proficient filmmaker! I would recommend BlackMagic Design products!!!!!

Great company that makes amazing cameras. Good customer support too.

Resolve is amazing. It's like they ...listened... to users who were over Adobe's weak efforts to evolve in the market/cash grab every month.

Still rock After Effects here and there but this app replaces Premiere beautifully.

Their website makes it hard to tell if your payment went through or not, so I ended up paying twice by mistake. I reached out to customer service and they were not able to help. There has been one month and I still don't have the money back, not sure if I will get it.

Davince Resolve, a pro software for FREE, just like we've got blender for free, on 3d side, now, we have a powerful software for video editing too. Great marketing strategy.

The Atem mini is a really good piece of hardware. We used one to help record with our Sigma FP and so far it hasn't dissapointed. The company could have better customer support but the thing works most of the time.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a Blackmagic Pocket 6K Pro which was faulty on arrival (ND filter stuck after the first stop - to fix, you have to turn the camera on and off again).

Called up Blackmagic support to resolve the issue, they said it's most likely to be a faulty product so we sent it back to their warehouse and we were told they would distribute a new camera back to us.

One week after sending the camera back, and constantly chasing up BM to see where the new camera is; they said they were going to try and amend the issue on the original camera and send it to repairs. After telling them we didn't want a repaired camera, they said they couldn't resolve the issue anyway and would therefore send out a replacement ASAP. Two weeks later and we're still waiting for the camera to be dispatched...

As a video production company, we work with a lot of brands (Sony, Canon, DJI, Sigma etc), and Blackmagic have the worst customer service/support team I have ever experienced. We now have a backlog of clients waiting for video shoots thanks to Blackmagic's inadequate services.

Blackmagic disinge ist wiklich super gerade die atem reihe ist beindruckend. ich liebe die arbeit mit black magic.
