Six months and weeks to get responses. Still no product and no refund.

Avoid this company like the plague.

I would not even give this company one star if there was that option. Took over 45 days for them to tell me my package had been delivered.... Yet I NEVER got the package and they refused to reimburse my money or send me replacement pants.

Order tactical pants took three months to get I ordered extra large men’s 42 to 44. When I got them they said exactly that. The problem is I not giving them to my granddaughter that weighs 110 pounds. After sending pictures and voicing what they sent me was not what I ordered I realize and was talking to a computer. The responses start not making any sense at all.

Do not buy from them it is a scam. Paid 39 bucks for those tactical pants a month ago and they will not respond back. They took the money though.

I purchased a coat from this company last November 2014, ordered an XL when I received the item it by know means was an XL, I have been trying since last year after returning the item to get my refund, they make it like you can live chat someone but your just leaving an email, no one ever returns emails. I still don't have my monies back. Stay away from this company. Would never order again or refer anyone to them.

I received the clothes and they fit too small. The day I got the clothes I emailed them to return it and that my reasons were that the clothes were too small. They were absolutely ridiculous in every email. Telling me they would give me 50% of the money back when in their return policy it says that they will fully refund you except for the shipping price which is 10% of the price. When I told them that I wanted a full refund-as is my right according to their policy- but I would pay the shipping price. They countered saying that the shipping price was 30-50% of the price. I've been emailing this person back and forth for 5 days now, just trying to receive a return number.... It's like they are purposefully trying to keep me from sending my clothes back before the 30 days to return.

I orders a dress and a bracelet from this company the dress was way too big the fabric was not the same as the photo nor the sleeves. They dont give refunds or exchanges the bracelet is actullay snug I have a tiny wrist the first time I bought a bracelet that was not loose they asked for photos I did send and offered half off on my dress no follow through total scam. Blackfive.com yeah ugh never again.

i ordered stuff from this site and received exactly what i ordered. it just come in 1-2 months. Don't order something from here if you need it really soon, or order in at least a month advance

I ordered from Blackfive the 25th of November, and was told that I would receive my order within 5 - 15 working days.
I heard nothing until the 15th of December, where I wrote an e-mail asking them when I would receive my package. They replied with "it has been sent and you will receive it in 20 working days."
Now I still haven't heard anything, and they are not responding to my e-mails.
This must be the worst service I have ever had! I feel so angry and deceived!
I would never recommend anyone to shop at Blackfive!

After ordering from this site, and then reading some of the poor reviews, I was skeptical. However, I got my coat within a month of ordering it (I ordered on Dec. 18th, and received it on Jan. 3rd).
When I tried it on, I noticed it was too small, and the color wasn't exactly what was advertised. However, I was prepared to get a small coat after reading some reviews.
All in all, I'm keeping the coat for the price, and for the fact that I couldn't find anything like it anywhere else.

4 weeks later, two out of seven items arrived. Very poor quality. The "extra small" skirt is really extra large. Package literally from China. No way to exchange.

This site is a scam. They have a very nice website design and professional-looking photos and models, but it is based in China and the clothes are cheaply made. I ordered from this site; clothes were supposed to come in 5-15 business days, but they did not. When one piece (out of three) that I ordered came it, it was way too small, despite the fact that I measured myself three times before purchasing it. The other two pieces never came. There is no way to contact them. They do not respond to email. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered something 11/19/2014 and 3 weeks and a half later Still says its "processing". Tried to contact them via their "chat now" and their email that they claim to reply back within 24 hours and still have not heard from them. Their "chat now" is more like "email us and we'll never reply" DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I have not yet received my order from Nov. 22nd, despite them stating that it would be delivered in 5-15 business days. I see another review stating the same thing. This website is a scam and websites like this should be reported and terminated. Do not be deceived by its web design.

I ordered from them over 1 month ago, with the promise my package would arrive between 5-15 business days, till today i have no news whatsoever about what happened to my package even worse in the tracking device they provide it says there has been an error with the package. Plus the clothes they sell are all made in China, you can easily find the same clothes at cheaper prices and more serious delivery on EBAY! Finally, at the end of my purchase they charged me 1$ extra, at the moment it doesnt seem a lot but after checking with other customers we found out they do the same to all the people ordering from them, which is a big scam if you ask me. If you dont want to be dissapointed please do not order from them!
