Just purchased the wheels from them. These guys first charge you and then tell you that they won't have the items in stock for a month. Fraud, clearly. Never again.

The prices are attractive, but the customer service is poor and unacceptable.

An email requesting clarification on when my order would ship went unanswered for more than 72 hours, and no tracking information was provided until after the delivery had already occurred. As a result, the tires were simply left on my front doorstep for over 12 hours without any notice. In an era where porch theft is increasingly common, this level of disregard for basic communication and delivery transparency is inexcusable. Had I been informed when the shipment was dispatched or provided with tracking information in a timely manner, I could have arranged for someone to secure the delivery. I was fortunate the tires were still there when I returned. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this occurred. Such issues can easily be prevented as is evidenced by many other companies these days.

On top of this, the company’s promotional discounts are poorly explained and lack clarity regarding what they actually cover, leading to confusion and a frustrating checkout experience.

If price is the only factor you care about, then this might be the company for you. Otherwise, you may wish to think again before ordering.

Broken/faulty TPMS sensors. Company comes back to contact me and discuss the issue, than ghosts me. TWICE. Dealt with a Nathen guy at first, apparently he was let go creating a delay in the process but then i get Patrick Arcaro who was the last customer service rep I've dealt with. left me in the air just the same as the first after messaging AND calling stating the problem would be resolved. STILL NO REPLY. STILL FAULTY TPMS SENSORS

Edit: 2 days passed, no reply yet. Feel like im being left on read and they are 'doing right' by replying to me. Havnt recieved contact...

I got Continental Vikingcontact 7 at great price from Blackcircles. It got delivered in 2 days by FedEx. All 4 tires has same date of manufactured. Unbelievable Deal.
