Bought a bed was delivered within 2 weeks. Delivery drivers were amazing.

Went in looking for a new mattress, explained what I had currently and my sore back. Got told a few options and what would suit me, mattress delivered 5 days later and I’m sleeping so well I can’t get out of bed in the morning. Cannot recommended them enough!!

Shop is beautifully laid out. As soon as you walk through the door your eyes are met with beautiful furniture. The staff are so nice and very helpful. I visited the premises on Tuesday and I am returning today. The prices are very reasonable, especially because they have a massive sale.

Company was very helpful. They kept me informed of progress with the purchase. I was pleased to find something that met my needs locally.

Customer service is amazing . Ordered garden furniture online got a call from store letting me know when delivery would be . Delivery was exactly when they said they even phoned to say they were running a bit late. Would certainly buy from them again and recommend highly.

I haven't received my order yet, due to a complete mess up by the delivery company! Sat at the property ALL day Friday, there was no communication from the delivery company, only the updates online. Around 16.30 the update had changed to "card left". They had tried to deliver, but not to my property. Checked my address on my order and it was correct. One very unhappy customer!

Furniture that was bought was ex display with no reduction. 5 times I telephoned about reduction never to receive promised call back.Furniture arrived with piece missing , visited store where salesman unscrewed piece from display furniture and handed to me.
I left store horrified, humiliated and shaking and certainly won’t be visiting nor encourage anyone to visit Blackridge Furnishers again.

Despite ordering and waiting 12 weeks (from Nov 22 ) we prompted the confirmation question two weeks ago of when we would receive our 14 weeks delivery time item, only to be told that our future joy ….is no longer available !!! dissatisfaction/ disappointments/ frustrations at minimum explains our thoughts towards this business and its modern day customer focus and approach
