I ordered from this site and spent over $200 on 4 dresses I never received my order. I got in contact with the company via email and they kept referring me to shippers which was a recording and was unable to resolve the issue or tracking my order. No one ever answered only got a messaging service. After several attempts to communicate with this company and the delivery company via email and phone I finally realized I got scammed. I mean the name “Bjux” says it all!

They took the money, never got the product! Nothing, zilch! Ordered April 29th 2024, it's now June!!!
Don't order from this company!

Bjux never disappoints! Their trendy collection and quality fabrics make them my go-to online store. Plus, their fast shipping is a huge bonus.

This website is a scam. I needed to return the item due to size and quality, they told me I would have to ship it back to them at my cost to get a refund which I did. By the way there is no customer service number or social media which should have been a red flag. Anyways via email they tell me once they receive it it will take 7-10 business days to refund. According to tracking they received it, confirmed they received via email and then They stopped responding to my emails and it’s been 2 going on 3 months. I’m out what I paid for the dress and shipping. I have probably sent them 10 emails or more asking where my refund is with no answer. I totally got ripped off. Please please stay away from these scammers. In the process of leaving a complaint with the BBB.

I was nervous about buying from here because I always check Trustpilot first. But I thought I'd go for it because there was a pair of trousers I really wanted.

They arrived on time, they fit well and they're fairly good quality (I'd say roughly the same quality as something like Shein or SimplyBe). I'm plus size so I'm always unsure about first-time purchases because sizing differs so much from shop to shop but these were exactly as expected. I will be shopping from there again!
